Attended the seafood festival. It was ok, food was not great, no clear understanding on adult beverages. I stood in line 30 minutes for a Pina coloda. I was next in line when the booth yells out we must have orange bands... the first I have heard of , however I did watch many others go after I walked away and they did not have bands! Vendor booths were repetitive and just ok... nothing special.

I used to take my kids to this field when they were little. We loved to kick the soccer ball around or throw the football around. Now we mainly visit once a year for the Celtic festival. We look forward to the festival every year. The food, music, crowd and competition always make for a great time!

Well of course you have trouble with the parking.we drove 45 mins before we got a spot. Then no place to sit, they have all the tables in one spot when it would be nice if they had some all over so when you have someone old walking around looking they don't have to walk all the way in the back to get there and no seats available. So like this year the band and the seating area was all in the back of the field, maybe set up a tent area near the front with just some benches or chairs for someone to just rest for a min. Would be most helpful when you have kids and your parents and having to watch both of them. Lol. But I do enjoy going to see all the booths (specially the honey, soap & funnel cake one) and listening to the music Be neat to bring back dunking someone when you hit the bullseye Bring back some fun. Bring some excitement to the festival and keeping it simple at the same time. Since it's a seafood festival there should be more seafood prepared food available at least one day. Have a tent frying just shrimp and fries, a tent frying just fish nuggets and hush puppies, putting a table in between the two with coleslaw sell plates from 11 to 3 or 5, a tent with just fresh oysters. Yes I will volunteer my services to help the lions club with the festivals. Another suggestion maybe have boat vendors with actual boats to look at say like 5 boats kayaks, then the life jackets people . Maybe even have someone showing water saving life skills but have the vendors more organize . So if you want to buy a boat, you have the life jacket man right there, and then you got fishing tackle, the trailer man to haul it but bunch things together for more availability , better chance for more money to be spent. But these are just suggestions and only mean the best for the event and best for the county. By the way I would like to say a big thank you for all that help preparing for the festival, you are appreciated, without all the people who "do" there would not be a festival....

This fenced field is used for outdoor festivals and other events in Saint Augustine. It sits adjacent to a large level parking lot, designed for visitors to the city. It is near historical attractions. It is a well maintained, grassy field with even ground. A large fenced playground is one side. Paid parking is available in the level parking garage, or in lots behind the venue. Prices for parking range from $10-$15. Getting to the field during festivals can be difficult, due to excessive traffic. The level parking lot often fills to capacity during...

Went to Greek festival. We got there early so not sure how crowded it gets. Chicken skewers (sorry forget the Greek name) were very dry. The spanikopata and the one with no spinach were very good. Gyros could have more tiziki and meat but ingredients were fresh. Doulmaindes (sorry for incorrect spelling), the grape leave wrap thingys with meat and rice in them were very good. All the desserts were excellent! Greek beer great to! Music was good and there was an all...
