McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

Went again last week instead of the Dunedin McDonald's. Ordered a Quarter pounder with cheese. It was only on half the bun. Barely warm with one pickle and two pieces of onion. Fries were barely warm. Today...Friday Filet O Fish day. The bun was hard and literally like rubber. Fries were hot but no salt. My drink wasn't sealed and went all over my console in my car. Is this what you get with what they get paid? Total fail. I'll be going to the McDonald's on 580 in Dunedin from now on. Total fail on Filet O fish, Fries and diet coke all over my car and the horrible quarter pounder last week.Are they really paying $20 an hour? It should be $8.00 max. We have done our last visit here. Don't give your customers old heated up food. I was there after a test with a catheter down my throat for 24 hours. I wanted a Filet o fish. It sucked and should have been thrown out before going to any customer. Manager fail! I put it in the garbage after one bite. Rubber hard bun.This is my closest McDonald's but they are not good. Old burgers and food and nothing ever looks like a picture. So so sub par and I think everyone must hate their job. It shows. Maybe a new Manager? Update from this post...I wanted a fresh burger today so asked for extra onions. They just pulled one back and added onions. Barely warm, had been sitting awhile, ketchup on half mustard on the other half meat patty halfway of of the bun. You coses where the lifted the bun by the cheese marks to add the extra onions. This is totally unexceptable with what the workers are now getting paid how much they charge. Could I at least get one meal ever that they look like in commercials? Never going to this store again. Workers don't care. Management obviously doesn't read reviews. We'll stay with the one on 580 in Dunedin. This was our last at US 19 south of Curlew. I hope the health department checks...

Don’t normally do reviews but I’m just over this McDonald’s. I get it’s fast food, blah blah blah. We don’t eat it much. But I’ve been here a number of times for something fast and EVERY single time, no matter the time of day or who’s working..the fries are disgusting, cold, hard, and unsalted. And my mother and boyfriend have had the same issues all on separate occasions. Tonight we went, there was quite a few people working, the person who looked like the manager didn’t even know what we ordered, and they acted like we were holding them and the very long line up when they didn’t even hand us our food yet. We waited quite a few minutes only to get home to see that ONCE AGAIN, even after waiting our fries were almost cardboard and cold. I asked for Mac sauce on my McDouble and it was literally a Mac sauce sandwich. Soggy, messy and gross. My daughters kids nugget meal was stale and cold. Only thing that was right were the drinks lol. I’ve worked in fast food before, it’s not a hard job. If you’re busy keep your food fresh people..old food gets thrown away, not served to the next person. People would rather wait a few extra minutes for fresh hot food....

I had used the app to order the Daily Deal consisting of the Happy Meal included with the purchase of ANY Crispy Chicken (this was clearly stated in the app) and I was given a 4-digit drive thru code and was told that this could not be used with a mobile order and that I would have to use it at the drive thru. No problem.

When I went to the drive thru to place the order, I gave her the 4-digit code and asked for the Spicy Crispy Chicken Deluxe and was told that I would ONLY be able to get the plain Crispy Chicken despite what was said in the app. Fine, no problem, I cancelled the order and went on my way (I didn't order a single thing).

Less than five minutes later, I was notified by my bank that McDonald's had charged me $0.27 cents. Immediately after, I called and spoke to their manager (Brandon) and asked why was I charged when I didn't order anything. I was told that "once she entered the code, it was gonna charge something (despite me not actually ordering anything)" and in order for me to get a refund, I'd have to bring my card inside as "proof."

I immediately removed my card from the McDonald's app to avoid any further theft. Stay away...
