Chip and Christina are OUTSTANDING! Their customer service is Superior! I own a boutique and my security system went down and trust me, it is never a good time to have a security system stop working. Well I called Entertainment Pros and spoke with Christina, she was on it immediately! Chip came out and within a few minutes was able to not only figure out the problem but fixed it!!! He had everything he needed on his truck, he was very professional and wasted no time getting my security system back online! Christina and Chip, at Entertainment Pro’s, were great to work with and Chip did an outstanding job on our installation. We had what would seem to be a relatively simple project to add a 3rd speaker to our outdoor patio area. We needed someone with expertise to help guide us as we were uncertain if this could even be done. Entertainment Pro’s had knowledge and experience with the equipment that we owned and provided guidance on the proper way to install. The installation itself was done very professionally and looks great. Chip then, without being asked, rebalanced all of our outdoor speakers as well as our indoor speakers.
