McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service in multiple occasions. 1) we pulled up to the drive thru for the employee to tell us "sorry we're closing because my staff is leaving early" it was 9pm. 2) waited in drive thru for 10 mins for no one to come through the speakers. Parked and went inside, used the kiosk because no one was at the register. Kiosk didn't give us receipt and our order was nowhere to be found in their system but we had been charged according to our bank. Manager was rude and kept walking away from us. One employee was trying to help us but manager kept telling her no. Meanwhile another customer had ordered an ice cream cone and they told him the machine was broken, he threw a fit and the machine magically fixed itself. 3) I have been waiting in line at the drive thru for 15mins, STUCK. Other cars are leaving but I cannot because I'm in the middle of the line. I don't know what happened with this McDonald's because I've been coming here for years but after tonight,...

Just went through the drive-through around 9:30 at night ordered a spicy McChicken and an apple pie when I got my order it was completely wrong and I went back to let them know that my food order was wrong from what I’m assuming the manager she was white with red hair was completely rude never have ever experience the worst customer service. We told her why happened with our order and she literally told us that all the items that we ordered weren’t on the menu and we simply said oh they could’ve let us know that they didn’t have the items on the menu we could’ve ordered something else and when we told her that she was really rude rolled her eyes and she asked if we wanted anything else and we told her we’ll just take Cookie as a replacement. She did not hear what we said and she said very rudely so what are you guys gonna do we told her that we’ll just take the cookies as a replacement and she said “oh I didn’t hear y’all bruh” I never understood if you don’t like your job. Normally I love this one. I only go through the drive-thru, during the day. The manager is awesome and the staff is always on the ball and friendly. I went there tonight for 3 McFlurries. I was given my total. I waited at the 1st window for a minute (literally) before driving to the 2nd window, where I waited for a minute (almost) before someone came to take my money. Then I was told after waiting for another minute that they were out if m&ms. Did I want a refund? Yes, yes I do. (This is where it got interesting.) Instead of asking me for the receipt, the manager told her to get my change back. Then when I found all the coins, she asked him if I should get my $20 back. He told her yes, while he was refunding someone at the counter... Did I mention there was a #Publix in the shopping plaza, just in case you needed change or #m&m's to hold you over until tomorrow??
