The worst service we had at this restaurant YET!
Today my wife tried to get her free French fries along with her $5 dollar meal deal when using the McDonalds app for this location. I like how she waits for 35 minutes only for an employee to tell me that their systems. When my wife asks "what now?" they said "Hold on let me go ask my manager", 10 minutes later the employee comes out and proceeds to tell her they are not making it because she didn't pay for it.
So here we go showing proof for an order that we had made that the app claims to show that the money took it from our bank, and showing that they received the order. Employee claims she will make the order for her and she goes to walk back to the store, and 5 minutes later telling me that "THE MANAGER REFUSES TO MAKE THE ORDER" because we did not put it in the order correctly. Yet our bank shows the order was taken, yet the McDonalds app shows the order was taken, but of course the manager who doesn't even have the couth to step outside and resolve the matter, delegates it to her employees out of laziness. Despite the proof we paid for the order! We then asked the employee for the manager's name, and she was hesitant about giving the name out. What for? Is she scared of her reputation through the corporate ladder of "McDonalds" be ruined? What a joke. Anyways. FINALLY, she reveals her name is "Miss Kay" So for anyone out there, if you are getting lunch or dinner at this McDonalds and services goes terrible, we have no one to blame than the captain who is steering this ship into oblivion...Miss Kay.
This is the type of manager who robs her customers blind because she is an incompetent at doing her job.
Miss Kay if you are reading this, you are a lousy manager hell you didn't even have the couth to attempt to walk out and resolve the matter that YOUR STORE has failed to do when it comes to customer service. No, instead of making the order, you are claiming McDonalds will offer a refund at midnight. So thanks. You take my wife's money and gave that employee an excuse to use against us.
I want everyone who goes to this store know that "Miss Kay" is a terrible manager. That if she is on the shift that you choose to eat your meal at, be ready to deal with absolute terrible customer service. You call this a manager who can't even take full responsibility for an irate customer? Refuses to believe proof yet she can't even walk out to see it for herself? She can't even trust her employees word? Ridiculous.
Kudos to the employee who had to put up with my wife, at least they are the only reason why this store...
Read morePaid for a meal on the app, was told the order did not go through. Provided proof on app that it showed I got my order already in curbside it showed order was delivered to me. I also showed my bank app that money was taken out. Manager “miss kay” still refused to make my order. I did not get a refund and will have to call my bank tomorrow since I can’t cancel the order as it shows I received the order. Customer service can’t issue refunds states the store has to do so and I know they did not because they were claiming I didn’t make an order even though I provided proof. I am pregnant and wasted my whole hour lunch trying to get this $5 order made which did not work out for me even though I provided proof and even showed my bank app. I worked in fast food management for years before starting my career and never would have handled it like this. I did not get to eat lunch today because I did not have time to go anywhere else and they denied to make me an order I paid for. They also did not even bother to come and tell me the systems were down until 35 mins after the app stated my food order was complete. Another 15 arguing and at that point if I didn’t leave I would have been late going back to work and on top of that I’m 38 weeks pregnant. So I’ll call my bank tomorrow to dispute and literally didn’t eat lunch because of miss Kay(manager) telling the employees they can’t make my order even though I had two forms of proof and she lied and said my money would be returned and it was not. App still shows I got my order. Other cars were also waiting just as long in curbside but must not have been on their lunch hour because they had time to continue to wait and argue I did not. I will never return here since this is how the “managers” are trained to handle issues. I’ve had a lot of things like this happen when working in fast food and if someone provides proof and you can make the food why would you not? I understand they couldn’t take orders or payments but I could provide receipt and proof of payment. Which I did provide and was still told the manager will not allow me to make your food. Read moreI came here at 9am to beat the morning rush and I wasnt greeted no big deal right.But then I figured i use the old cashier to order instead of the robot screen.And I asked the cashier if they had any sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffin deals and he wasn't sure which is okay not to know.But then I asked for a hashbrown; which he forgot to ring up and i asked him for an orange juice an into which he said which size. I said the little cardboard one he said they didnt have them thats okay as well.So I figured they try to give me some process bag orange juice which tastes like fermented beer no thanks right. So I declined it and ask for a SMALL COFFEE I was told all of them are a dollar. I said just PLEASE can you just give me what I ASKED FOR no rude tone in voice but was growing impaitent at there ignorance.Then i said extra cream and sugar PLEASE and he joked and said ok 62 sugar and 32 cream. I didn't find that much funny. The fact you don't know your own breakfest menu and then you don't know how many sugars and creams to put in a small coffee without being a damn joker.i was polite and mannered when ordering but it reminded me why i should used the robot.Sad day for America and McDonald's i hope robots replace every staff member here maybe then they will listen to the customers more clearly and less joking in front of your face. The positive the coffee was hot not delicious. The mcmuffin was already premade but still hot and tasty and the hashbrown was on point. Lobby was clean and condiments well stocked and good music to listen too. Alot of big tables no place for singles to sit alone they have bar stool table i guess to bump stangers shoulders and watch each other chew food. Anyways will be going to BK across street...
