McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

I do not say this lightly! There are 4 McDonald's in this area that I have frequented in the past TWENTY-THREE YEARS: 3 in Stuart and 1 in Jensen Beach!

I stopped getting any Lattes a 1 years ago due to "the machine is down!" That was during a March 1-20th 20% off McCafe drinks! Lots of money spent annually just in coffee products, not to mention the food purchases! So I went to $0.95 for senior coffee, 4 creams and 2 equals! Sometimes 3 visits daily! Also I would request my receipt each time! Each McDonald's employee recognized me each visit. Fischer St would know me by the drink order.

I say all that for this: I have now taken my kind attitude at the drive-thru, and my monies to only two of the stores mentioned because of employees being rude and having the attitude that they think it is a privilege for me to drive up to their store. That has soured me on the McDonald's experience! I will never return to the Johnson St. location or the Fischer St location! I started when hamburgers were only $0.29. So you see, you are losing a lot of money in me after this store! I am giving this store ONE more try! The employee is paid to do at least the basic job. I know the difference between a job done, and a job well done!

My first order of a simple senior coffee:4 cream 2 equals ended up being 4 equal and 2 cream. I was too far down the road to realize it. Three stars for the food! Only because I tried sipping down a few sips! I am at the end of my McDonald's life!

Tonight was pretty bad. Our McDs is pretty popular and long lines are the norm but... tonight I sat between the pay window and the food window for at least 10 minutes while the car in front of me had problems. Not your fault, I guess that they wouldn't pull up to wait, although they did pull over once they got their order right and ate. My turn, my food is ready! 2 large mocha frappes, no whip and a sausage egg Mcmuffin. Darn, they put the whip on. I felt bad for what the car in front of me had put them through, so I pulled off. Checked my sandwich and it was a cheeseburger. Oops. So I park and go in to restaurant where I wait for approximately 5 more minutes because the gentleman in front of me returned something and needs a refund. My turn again! "I'm sorry, I just went through the drive-thru and my sandwich and drinks are wrong, would you take the whip cream off this drink and get a sausage egg mcmuffin?" She takes my drink and throws it away to just make new (nice, but not what I requested) and re-orders my sandwich. It then takes more than 10 minutes and 2 people to change the frappe bag and make one new drink. The guy makes a medium and she reminds him I ordered large so they make a small to fill my cup and... threw the rest away. I thank them for fixing my order (sort of, I mean, I only brought one drink back in with me to fix) and left. I get home with one correct frappe, one melted incorrect frappe and a SAUSAGE MUFFIN. Still WRONG! Not a sausage egg McMuffin. I love you guys but seriously probably won't bother as often (DAILY) as I have before. SORRY - ZERO STARS!

I’ve been coming to this exact mcdonalds for 22 years. This is the worst i’ve ever seen it operate and also the worst i have seen it look. There is no appeal for kids or familys to eat there anymore. The inside has no charm, no more playgrounds, no cool chairs and tables, no fun colors, its almost like walking into a jail cafeteria at this point. The ice cream machine is always broken. Takes 20-30 mins to get an order inside most days, it costs about 10$ for a breakfast and almost 15$ for my usual lunch order order (which mind you is only 2 mcdoubles, a large fry, and a large coke) This same order 3 years ago used to cost me 8$. Mcdoubles at this location are 2.94 cents now. That is absolutely insane. At this point i won’t be getting mcdonalds in florida anymore. Its crazy to me that they still charge 1.50 for them in certain places in north carolina, but in florida the mcdouble is 3$ now. They literally used to be on the 99 cent menu 😂. I think im done ordering mcdonalds. Never thought i would see the day where mcdonalds costs as much as a normal restaurant. If you want a great breakfast go to Jan’s place and spend the extra 5$. You’ll get better food, be there less time, and at least your food will be real. Fast food isn’t fast anymore and it sure isnt cheap. 👍🏻

Update: came back one more time to give it another shot. Ordered 2 chicken biscuit and a hasbrown inside. Took 35 mins for them to get my order to me. I had to go to the counter and remind them about it. Not coming back anymore. Boycotting mcdonalds, at this point ill eat my...
