Dear McDonald's Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service my partner and I received on the evening of November 8, 2024, at approximately 9:20 p.m. at 17850 Nw 57th Avenue Hialeah, FL 33015. We experienced significant issues with the employee responsible for taking drive-thru orders.
Upon arriving at the drive-thru, we were met with an attendant who demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills. From the beginning, her demeanor was discourteous and unwelcoming. She appeared disinterested in her duties, exhibiting behavior that suggested frustration or unwillingness to engage appropriately with customers.
The situation escalated when, after several attempts to place our order, we were told in no uncertain terms to leave without being served. The tone and manner in which this was communicated were unacceptable and left us feeling disrespected and disappointed.
Seeking to address the issue, we entered the store and reported our experience to the manager on duty. While we expected acknowledgment and action, we ultimately chose to leave without placing an order due to the negative interaction.
This experience has impacted our perception of McDonald's as a brand that prides itself on quality customer service. I am confident that this does not align with the values or standards of your company.
I kindly request that you address this matter and provide any follow-up actions taken to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I hope this feedback can contribute to improving service quality for all customers.

Read moreThis McDonald location is Spanish speaking employees only. Usually I don’t mind Spanish speaking only employees but the employees on the 7:00pm shift today was absolutely clueless. I tried explaining that my card is linked to the app so it should automatically be withdrawn from the app, apparently none of them have heard of the McDonald’s app and had no idea how it worked. They just kept demanding payment. I asked for a manager to avoid being double charged and they all looked at each other clueless and a manager never came. I don’t think this location has a management position filled as no one came to assist with the issue. 5 employees were behind the counter and they all needed each other to distribute food at the drive through, which was not packed. I don’t think they’re trained here at all and do not know how to solve issues because they rely on kiosks. Kiosks are great because the orders don’t get messed up; but you still need to invest time in finding employees who know how to answer questions and concerns. Read moreProbably one of the worst experinces i have ever had in fastfood. Unfortunately I had to give a star but they don't even deserve that. The place was a disaster. Water spilled all over the place. Sat there for 30 minutes eating with family and not 1 time did anyone come mop up the floor alittle bit. Same thing in th men bathroom. My wife had to run out because a roach on the wall behind us was crawling upwards. I'm not one to complain. So I decided I wanted to tell To the manager and things took a different turn. No eye contact, no concern what so ever and to top it off she (long story short ) walked away blowing me off like what's happening is not your problem.
