McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

I placed my order at 7:20 pm 8/²1/¹8 I sat out in parking spot 1 until 7:55pm I went in side to find out about my food. Manger was m.i.a. for a few minutes them I gave them my receipt to remake my food I waited an waited. I ask manger for my old receipt back she says. I gave it to the kitchen it may be in the trash I said get it so she promo off my order give me a new receipt I wanted my with the 720 time an survey code nope did not get it back today I go in 8.2 4.18 to tell the manger about my experience in her store Sharron told me that it was my fault my food went out wrong because I went in side to complaint also said that after 3 times of complaints there not going to help me . Then said I'm ending this conversation now leave or I'll have u removed I did nothing to be removed I did not cuss that women did not speak in a rude tone to her y'all are a joke an if there was another McDonald In my area I'd go to them but I don't because I live close by. He name tag said serving you since 1998 my ? Is how she not nice an did not give to craps of what the paying customer had to say. When will McDonald's ever get this resolved?? Why dose McDonald's allow your manger to do that because a customer's let her know they was not happy. How ever in the end. This is the worst Mcdonald's around. The staff is EXTREMELY rude. They barely ever have frappes, ice cream or cookies. I have given them way to many chances and every time they screw up. this last time I ordered ahead, still had to wait 15 minutes for my food when arrived. I ordered multiple items and all I got was an apple pie and apple slices. out of the 7 items I ordered. I did not realize till I left all this was missing. All I was told was that they did not have ice cream. I asked for a refund since I already paid and they were offended and confused and mad I wanted my money back for something I paid for and didn't get. After the searching their brains they told me I had to call for a refund, I asked who I had to call but they ignored me and walked away. I was late for somewhere else I had to be so I just left. I messaged McDonalds through the app and they told me I had to get the refund from the restaurant even though the restaurant told me they could not do it. I have also not received a message back from them about my refund. I have worked at McDonalds myself and if this is how we acted at the one I had worked at, we would have been fired. The food is not healthy or good normally in general I try not to purchase food anymore due to this if I do it's a egg McMuffin ,apple pie ,cookie,or tea which the tea has had issues of hair in it one time when ordered which is not ok or just being wrong when I order half and half ,cookies you wait for them there all crumbling and don't stay together as cookies should and the orders are 7/10 being wrong especially if anything else is ordered and depending on manager they want you to bring back food If there is a problem then they give you a hard time anyway even after you do I know on the rare a fry is ordered most times not fresh and half there and just straight up don't taste good Vehicle was hit in drive through by another vehicle who obviously was angry because the line wasn't moving fast enough and all those cameras they have guess what they don't work or either they choose not to help when issues like this arise remember that if something happens there likely not to assist I got a lame excuse and the managers could not access the cameras for the sheriffs same night only store manager who was not there which decided when called she didn't want to come back to store that night to assist either so long story short nothing became of it and I was...
