I ordered in app in the store because NO ONE would come to the register. I waited for 30 minutes since I'd already paid through the app and my number was on the screen. The guy handed a bag a cup and bottle of water to the guy behind me. That guy started eating the fries and set the bag down on the counter while he went to the drink machine to fix his soda. I asked the man behind the counter if the order "1640" was ready. He looked on the screen where it was in the "ready" column. He handed me the bag that the guy was eating the fries out of and said "here it is". My jaw hit the floor and I asked if I can have some fresh fries since this guy was actively EATING mine. The worker said "sure" and rolled his eyes.. so.. after an hour of standing there, I finally get my order. AND ITS WRONG. I got the buy one get one McDouble with no cheese and a filet o fish meal. NO CHEESE. When the worker unceremoniously tossed my bag at me, he didn't LISTEN to me. Had he took the time to listen, he would have understood that all I was asking for was fresh replacement fries. HE replaced the entire meal, placed the original bag in with the fresh bag. So I ended up with 4 double cheeseburgers,2 filet o fish (all with cheese) and one half of the large container of fries. I tossed the Mc doubles with cheese because there was no successful way to remove the cheese, where the cheese wasn't warm on either fish sandwich. This makes the 5th time straight that I've went here and my order has taken FOREVER and been WRONG! This place needs to shut down and retrain EVERYONE in it. I won't be returning, even if I have to drive...
Read moreI received the wrong order for my grandchildren—an order they paid for with their hard-earned money. It looked like the stickers were placed on the wrong bags. I tried calling immediately, but no one answered, and I had to leave for work. I let my grandchildren know I’d try again soon.
Unfortunately, I work long hours—often up to 16 hours a day—so it was nearly a week before I had another chance to call. When I finally did, no one answered again. I waited a few hours and tried a third time. Someone finally picked up, but instead of help, I was met with questions about why I didn’t call sooner.
When I went to pick up the corrected order, the employee was yelling, throwing her arms up at me, and refused to replace the fries. I told her there was no need to be rude—it wasn’t my fault I’d had a bad connection with the manager earlier, and I wasn’t about to argue over fries. That’s just ridiculous. Yet she kept raising her voice and acting aggressively, like she was ready to fight me.
I will never return to that McDonald’s. This isn’t the first time I’ve been treated poorly there. On a previous visit, I had to return food because the bagel had blue mold on it.
Do they honestly think I’d make up a story over chicken nuggets and fries? I even stopped by once in between calls but was so exhausted I forgot to bring it up. And now, I'm essentially being called a liar?
They can keep their nasty attitudes. I don’t have time to deal with businesses that treat paying customers like garbage. Honestly, we should’ve just asked for a refund instead of...
Read moreAug 11 2024 12:00 pm I came into this location and witnessed something that left me deeply disturbed. There was a gentleman sitting all by himself drinking some tea. One of the managers , kind of a heavier older woman had to be in her 50s, brunette with glasses, kind of a shorter woman came out and told him that he couldn't hang out there all day and made him leave. However upon us first entering the location we noticed there was another group of people sitting in the back of the restaurant who had already finished there meal and were just talking. Me and my partner ordered and ate . Sat for 30 minutes and noticed that same group of people, still chit chatting away upon our departure. So what I'm wondering is, what was the difference between the man sitting all by himself and the other group of people sitting in the back? I'm wondering why the gentleman sitting all by himself was forced to leave but the other group of people doing the same exact thing as the gentleman were allowed to stay and chit chat away indefinitely? It made me really sad and disgusted to see prejudice still exist to people of ethnic background and favoritism shown to certain groups of People for what seemed like the color of their skin. Shame on you McDonalds. If you are going to enforce a 30 minute rule then it should apply to everyone not to just certain people with a certain skin tone. That woman needs...
