Very bad experience as an Uber Eats Driver at this location on October 11 around 6:50PM. On this evening I was picking up a second order at Moes. I already had another persons order from a different restaurant. The line inside was very long. I was the only Uber Eats Driver there at the time. And I was forced to wait 15 minutes before having to cancel the order (losing out $10) because of excessive wait time. I felt like they didnt want to help me. And instead of making the order I was picking up, they made a different Uber order first. No other uber driver was there at the time. Only me. So they (employees at this location) cost me revenue and hurt the Uber customer by forcing me to cancel. And they dont seem to understand that delivery drivers often pick up multiple orders at multiple restaurants. I cant afford to wait longer than 15 minutes because the other orders we have can become cold and unedible. I just wish they understood that we dont just have their order. I understand if the restaurant is busy but the uber order came before many of the customers that walked in the door. You need a healthy balance between walk ins and online orders to be successful. It just makes not want to accept the Moes orders at this location. Hopefully this issue doesnt happen to anyone else. And hopefully Moes looks to improving on...
Read moreMoe’s Southwest Grill is a fast-casual Tex-Mex chain known for its laid-back vibe, customizable menu, and the cheerful “Welcome to Moe’s!” greeting you get at the door. If you're craving loaded nachos, Moe’s offers a solid option that’s both satisfying and filling.
The nachos at Moe’s start with a generous base of crunchy tortilla chips. From there, you can build your meal with a wide range of toppings: seasoned proteins like chicken, steak, or tofu, and an array of fresh ingredients including pico de gallo, jalapeños, queso, beans, guacamole, and sour cream. Their famous queso is especially worth calling out—rich, creamy, and with just the right amount of spice, it ties the whole dish together.
What sets Moe’s nachos apart is the customization. You can go as light or loaded as you want, making it easy to tailor your meal to your preferences. Portion sizes are generous, and for the price, you get great value—especially if you’re sharing with friends.
However, the quality can vary slightly between locations, especially when it comes to the freshness of toppings or the crispiness of the chips. Still, when everything hits right, it’s a crave-worthy Tex-Mex experience.
Great for casual dining or a quick bite when you’re in the mood for cheesy, crunchy...
Read moreWe just went to Moes for the first time today anf it happened to be this location. We were not greeted upon entering. The teenager there took our order with the most negative attitude. You could tell he was ready to go home. We did go at 8:30, so they still had 1.5 hour left open (plenty of time before closing). The food was dry, it did not smell fresh, frankly everything had a weird taste and almost made both my husband and I sick. We had to throw away the food after a couple of bites and figure out dinner at home. There was no more queso and the guy just took the cold cheese bag out of the fridge and poured it on the food. It was disgusting to watch. On top of that, chains like these need to understand that they are paying their employees to provide a basic service and does not merit tipping like a restaurant where the server provides a service beyond the basic job that they’re paying their employees to do. Worst waste of my $36 today. I’d rather go to Chipotle. Even on my worst experience at Chipotle (which is rare and we have been there quite a few times), it has never been as...
