Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Florida

I love Moe's but this was absolutely the worst location i have ever been to! No greeting when I came in but the ladies who came in after me got a big Welcome. Then upon ordering, I had to repeat my order 3 times. The staff was not aware of recent menu changes. I asked the young lady to ask the gentleman behind her since he took my order the last time I was there. She ignored me and proceeded to ask others who had no idea. Finally, they figured it out. My bowl starts to move down the line and stops. The girl takes her time pouring guac from one container to the next, like I'm not waiting. After she finishes that she adds my veggies and just leaves it there. She then begins making people's food behind me. No communication, no reasoning for why my food is just sitting there. Finally, I ask to have my food to go. She tells me to wait until she's done fixing the burrito for this guy behind me. I say, " What is going on with my food? I'm on my lunch break. I need to go." She finally grabs my food, fills a bag with chips and brings it down to the register. Then the guy at the register rang me up and then put the receipt on a wet counter while my hand was out to receive it. I told him if he was going to place people's receipts on the counter he should dry it first. He could care less. Service was HORRIBLE. I will never be going to this...

I travel the State of Florida every day for my business so I have to admit I do love eating at Moe‘s but this time things are a little different things were better ! The customer service was outstanding by Miss (Kylie) and fellow staff They were very welcoming like moes should but they all had smiling faces and it didn’t seem like they were doing just a job it actually felt like it was their own and they were happy to see me and that was the first thing I noticed the second thing was the food was fresh even in the late hour it was spot on and going back to the person that worked with me Miss Kylie she really took care and what Items/ingredients I asked for on my homewrecker she was easy to work with was not sloppy kept her work area very clean even though I can tell the store when I was in the parking lot had a rush I waited a few minutes to go in and the staff was there cleaning and like I said during their busy time took their time to welcome in but happy smiling faces I will definitely be back to the store specifically keep it up team!!! 5 stars...

Went in to order and ordered my food. When I asked for the burrito to be double wrapped because it was spilling out the sides the manager said no it wasn’t despite me watching it spill and her not even unwrapping it from the foil to check. She then refused to double wrap it. Moreover, when I signed in for my account to get points I didn’t receive any. I asked for a copy of my receipt but was not provided with one and the manager said she couldn’t or wouldn’t get me a copy of my receipt. Nor would she even give me credit for my purchase despite me showing that I didn’t get the points but had made a purchase. Note the manager was the one who made my food. My rice was undercooked if not raw (I couldn’t bite or chew it and just ended up having to spit it out) and the cucumbers were sitting in a milky liquid and tasted sour. Disappointed overall.
