Stopped in to have a quick lunch and what a pleasant surprise. Lets start with the size...huge! This place can easily accommodate fifty people alone in something that looks like a private room located in the front and to the right of the main bar. Outside back is where they have a resident DJ who rocks the ones and twos on Friday and Saturday evening. They also do karaoke(Thursday and Fridays). Most all sporting events are broadcast here on one of their many 50 plus inch HD televisions. I hear that lots of northerners frequently come here. Lots of Ohio state fans and also home to the Buccaneers and The Lightning. Great services provided here. I had the pleasure of meeting Kourtney (bartender) and Tamarin (manager) both helpful and professional. I sampled a couple of Crafts beers while there. Cigar city topobaga is what I liked. It's dark and heavy but tasty and refreshing. To summarize I really like the place. I should also mention they have darts so yay to that! If you love Karaoke or darts...watching sports or jamming out...or just good service and a cold beer, this might be your new hangout. I'm definitely coming back.

Was here for St Patty's day. The celebration was pretty epic. They had two full stages setup in the parking lot with live music on both. They were a little close together though so the music tended to clash when both stages were playing. They had multiple outdoor bars setup and the kitchen was rocking it! They managed to keep up pretty well for the huge influx of people enjoying the day. The reduced menu for the occasion was well thought out with traditional British and Irish dishes offered as well as some twists on the favorites. Geen beer flowed and drinks were served. Prices were reasonable and they even offered free door gifts including hats, flashing beads, and other St. Patrick's accoutrements.

Stopped in at opening on St. Patrick's Day for some drinks and Irish cuisine, and had a great experience. The inside decor is the quintessential Irish Pub with lots of seating and a long bar. They have a stage for live music and a small game area for the kids. We sat on the outside patio, where there is another large bar and plenty of tables and another small stage. The food was great and our bartender/waitress was attentive and friendly. They also have a large room for private events that can be closed off from the main area

TL;DR Horrible service. Only mediocre food. Server followed us to car to complain when we didn't tip!!!

Went today (Sunday afternoon) for the first time. The bartender was horrible. My wife ordered a brew bus blueberry and they were out of it. The guy's suggestion, Blue Moon. I don't think he knows his beer. Fortunately my wife kept looking and saw they also had Sea Dog Blueberry. He was confused at first, then said oh yeah, I think we have that one.

Food was ok. The flavor of the pulled pork was great, but there wasn't much of it. Instead there were about 500 tater tots filling the plate. The Shepard's pie was bland, but was ok with a mountain of salt, that my wife had to go get herself by the way. The poor server kept coming up to the bar to get her drinks and kept asking where the heck the bartender was. Several times she had to go ask the manager if she could get her own beer.

And the kicker, after ignoring us the whole time, my wife left a note instead of a tip. Said ”I never do this, but I think you should be aware of why I didn't tip you. Maybe you are new, maybe you are having a bad day, I don't know. But your service skills were very poor. You need to brush up on your beer knowledge if you want to be a bartender. And you should check back on your customers to see if they need anything. You never checked on us, you never spoke to us. Most servers/bartenders never get a chance to learn why the didn't receive a tip. You look young, maybe you're new. I hope the rest of your shift goes better. I truly do wish you the best." So naturally, the guy felt that the best thing he could do was read the note and chase after us. The entire time we were there he didn't have 2 seconds to give us. But now that we didn't tip, he had plenty of time. He comes up and holds open my wife's door as she was getting ready to close it. Says " Hey uh, thanks for the note and all, but we'll no really. No thanks for stiffing me. That was pretty f*d up" ... And proceeded to give a million excuses for why he was too busy to help us. My wife says, "this is part of the problem. Is this really your priority right now? Chase down the 2top that stiffed you while all your current customers sit needing your attention?" He yells, yes this is my priority. What you did wasn't right!" Wife says, and meanwhile you are losing more money instead of focusing on what matters, they people who still haven't paid you yet. The people who are relying on you for service." He says, "I don't care, that was shiiii hey, umm sir. you don't have to record me, I wasn't doing anything... Ugh. Y'all have a nice day." And runs back inside. The kid is lucky I am a calmer man nowadays. Holding my wife's door and not letting us leave so you can whine about a tip is beyond ridiculous. In my younger days I would have just laid him out and let that be his lesson. This was my first experience with this place. It will...

7/14/14. I was there as a part of a large group for an event. The room was packed, but the rest of the restaurant wasn't full, at all (so I would especially not have expected such terrible service). There was one server assigned to our room, which had over 30 people in it (which is far too many for one server, apparently), but we waited for over 10 minutes for her to show, so we went to the bar. The bartender was polite enough, but curt and abrupt with us. We drank our beers and sat for almost 10 minutes with empty glasses, trying to get her attention. It appeared that she was chatting with people at the bar, as she was talking, but no service seemed to be taking place. Our event was starting, so I flagged down some man in a red shirt and said I was sorry to bother him, since he wasn't our server, but we'd been abandoned and needed refills before we went to our event room. That got our servers attention, as boom, there she was. He didn't apologize or acknowledge the issue, nor did she.

30 minutes later, I went to the bathroom and go into the fist stall. Zero toilet paper in the huge dispenser, and none in the smaller dispenser. Go to stall #2. Same deal. Stall 3, the handicap stall had enough for probably 5 more people, and then that would be out, too. 2pm out of toilet paper in all stalls? How ling had it been since it was checked?

Back in the event room, for the next two hours, the theme was painting, and asking where the server was (from multiple people). When she did appear, she didn't do what was asked of her (we asked for a menu 2x, and the woman behind us had to ask for napkins several times). We were going to get a meal each, but since we never got a menu, and it was 30 minutes between server appearances, we just got an appetizer we saw someone else get (lost money, management).

There was a common theme, grumbling about the location, and that hopefully there would be a different one, as this location was a real deterrent to attending future events. This would have been a huge money maker, so it's confusing that the restaurant would choose to treat these customers so poorly. They certainly made an impression on me- that I won't be back to the restaurant for any reason- event...

I'm writing this review to warn people about this place. The service is horrible and has been for a while, but this past experience has taken the cake for me. I am a vodka drinker, and if you drink vodka, you know not all vodkas taste the same. My first drink was supposed to be an Absolut and soda. When it came it had a weird taste. Come to find out it was a flavored vodka. Since the waitress took our order and then disappeared, my husband went over to the bar to tell them that my drink was not right. The bartender, explained that all their Absolut Vodka is flavored; something I should have been told prior to ordering & them making the drink. So my husband asked what other type of Vodka they served and he was told Kettle One & Tito's. So my husband said, "Please, give me the kettle one because my wife doesn't like Tito's". So the bartender makes the drink and my husband brings it over. I took a sip and thought, this is not Kettle One, but was so annoyed, I was willing to drink it. My friend then told me that she was watching the bartender make my drink and it consisted of a vodka that she didn't recognize and possibly Tito's. So I don't even know if I got Kettle One or not. Then the waitress comes over with another drink and says, this drink was made with Grey Goose Vodka. We tried to explain that we had this taken care of and she said don't worry about it. So I figured, Grey Goose is the best, so I started to drink that one. Again, if you are a vodka drinker, you know that Grey Goose is a top shelf vodka and is as smooth as velvet. I took one sip and knew right away that it was NOT Grey Goose. At this point, I didn't bother saying anything because I was fed up. The moral to this story is, if you decide to go to this establishment and you like a specific brand of any liquor, be sure that the liquor you are ordering gets poured. You may be taking top dollar...
