We had a late breakfast there and the service was extremely slow. After ordering and paying for the food, I never received a receipt. I noticed that they charge a service fee, the payment system suggested a tip also. Half the order was completed as I waited thinking that the second item would be out shortly. They finally told me that was my order and the breakfast would come out later. I took the cachito and the cafe con leche back to the table and found that the cachito was cold. We brought it back to have it heated up and they first said that they had heated it up before and that I waited too long to pick it up. They reheated it and it was still cold inside. Read moreThe experience was not good. I ordered this cake in the photo that they call “Prince” at this store, but they have it mislabeled on Uber Eats as chocolate cake. When I opened it at home, it was a chocolate cake and not the cake pictured in the photo. I went to the store to show them the error, and the manager told me she was Venenzuelan and did not understand me because my receipt says Chocolate Cake. I showed her the Uber Eats and the mislabeled item and even apologized for not opening the item before taking it, as they provided it sealed. Nonetheless, she was not willing to exchange the item or make it right, but only informing me of their policy that the cake had already left the establishment and they could not exchange it. Read moreThis location is great! Particularly because of Barbara. I had a cake emergency today (yes, those exist) and she was so very helpful and kind. The particular cake I was asking for was an extremely last minute request and not readily available. In fact, I must’ve called 10 other Don Pans and they all couldn’t say “no we don’t have it” fast enough and left it at that. But Barbara was so thoughtful and, even though they didn’t have it already made either, she quickly reached out to their pastry chef (whose name I don’t know but also shoutout to them) and they both worked with me so that I was able to meet my deadline with exactly what I wanted.
