Review of Chica Rosa Creperie I was really looking forward to our girls' brunch at Chica Rosa Creperie with my daughters and daughter-in-law, especially since we wanted to support another business from the owners of Cubans Be Like, which we love. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. We were seated promptly but left waiting for over 15 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. Eventually, someone informed us they were out of paper menus and directed us to check the menu on their website. To make matters worse, we noticed that two tables seated after us received menus and had their drink orders taken right away. After another long wait, our drink order was finally taken, but it took 15 minutes for three iced lattes to arrive, and my daughter’s water and pineapple mango frappe were completely overlooked. We had to ask several times for water, and when it finally came, we were charged for two waters when we had only ordered one. When our food finally arrived, it was staggered—my daughter’s flatbread came out last while the rest of us were nearly finished eating. To top it off, we were charged a 20% service charge for our party of five, which felt completely unjustified considering the lack of service. It’s truly disappointing because the food and drinks were good, but the poor service overshadowed our meal. The location is also quite small, seating only about 16-18 people, which contributes to the cramped atmosphere and highlights the service issues we faced. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience, especially since this was a planned celebration. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to Chica Rosa Creperie, which is a shame because we genuinely wanted to support another one of their ventures.

hica Rosa Creperie & Café in Fort Myers is an absolute gem for those in search of a delightful dining experience. The café has an irresistibly charming vibe, amplified by its vibrant pink decor that provides a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a friendly meetup or a casual brunch. During my visit with a friend, we were immediately taken by the stylish interior that felt both modern and inviting. The staff was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall positive experience. We started with drinks, which were as refreshing as they were beautifully presented, showcasing the café's attention to detail. The food, mainly crepes, was a highlight. Each dish was meticulously prepared, combining flavors that were both unique and comforting. The menu offered a variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences, which made it easy to find something we both enjoyed. Overall, Chica Rosa Creperie & Café stands out not only for its aesthetic appeal but also for its impressive culinary offerings and exceptional service. It's a must-visit spot in Fort Myers for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable meal in a gorgeous setting.

The atmosphere is a little ambient and super cute for photos, as others have mentioned. We went on a Saturday morning which was a bad decision due to it being busy. First, we chose to sit outside because it’s much smaller than I had anticipated and the seatings are nearly bunched up together. We waited for over 20 minutes to get drinks and even later for food. I understand that they were busy, no problem. But when my husband received his salad, he was not satisfied due to it not being any type of lettuce or the chicken, which is an additional charge, that we paid for as you can see in the photos. I opt for the “Salteado crepe” which was flavorful and delicious but I ended up switching with my husband because he didn’t want the salad he ordered of course. Would I recommend this place? Yes. Would I go back? Yes because I understand that mistakes happen so I’ll give them a chance to redeem themselves. But my husband said he wouldn’t recommend it and he’s never going back. Oh and btw, the drinks are top tier and our waitress was amazing. She was working really hard.

Absolutely zero service. I have never written a review before but this experience has left me so frustrated that I had to . We walked in and were told to take any seat, where we waited for 20 minutes while the girls stood behind the counter talking, until my girlfriend had to walk up to the counter to ask to order because we did not know if we had to order up front. When ordering my girlfriend found out that EVERY item we ordered was listed as less money on the menu then when paying. After spending 70 bucks on two drinks, a flatbread and two crepes, the food came out swiftly but the flatbread was undercooked and the chicken in the crepe was clearly pre-packaged and not worth the price. After taking very few bites of the flatbread before realizing it was barely cooked, we waited for another 20 minutes for the final crepe to come out, to which we were already frustrated and wanted to take it to go, and when it did we asked for boxes, and the girl(who clearly didn't speak english) shook her head and walked back to stand behind the counter, this would have been fine if she told the girl who spoke english that we had asked for something. We waited expecting the boxes, where I gave up and got up to go ask for them where finally seeing me get up the girl walks over and says asks if we needed anything else. What makes it worse is that midway through waiting another party came in where they actually received service, adding insult to this already absurd experience. Would not recommend at all even for "girls lunch" as other...

We visit places at least 3 times before writing a review (this gives us a better overall idea of the service and consistency, as sometimes there can be “odd days” or “one-off situations”), this was actually our 4th time, and while the food and place is good, they consistently lack professionalism in their service. There is one lady in particular who is very condescending; we understand waiting for food made to order, so we were willing to overlook her attitude, but 2 out of 4 times we didn’t even get what we ordered. If you have a “build-your-own” option, your staff shouldn’t be challenging or questioning our choices, we know what we like; there is a difference between offering suggestions, and being cocky or dismissive of our requests. The food flavors and options have been great, the juices/smoothies not so much, they are extremely overpriced for the size you get considering how much of it is just ice. Also, your staff should know that, here in FL especially, a lot of people speak/understand Spanish, regardless of how they look. Very distasteful and disrespectful to talk about customers between themselves, assuming they won’t understand what it’s said because it...
