Update January 1,2024: While having a few friends over for new years day, they suggested we give little Ceasars a second chance because changes have been made and their experience last week was a positive one. So I figured why not? I believe in second chances, especially since apparently our voices were heard. Which means the establishment does care about their customers. So, after a few months of not going to this location, again I ordered on the portal and went and picked it up. Upon my arrival I told the young lady at the front my name and I was pleasently surprised everything was ready on time. I thought to myself, "awesome". As she retrieves my order and hands it to me she asked me if I was door dash? I was puzzled at the comment but, smiled and said "no why?" While looking directly at me she spoke under her breath condescendingly and says, "thought yall weren't coming back" I said, "I'm sorry what?" being completely caught off guard by the remark. She shook her head and said, "nuthin"... I did hear her, I was just taken back by it and decided to just say thank you and leave. (I hate negative confrontations) So, I took my purchase and walked out to my car making sure to looked over my order and it was accurate, hot, perfectly made. Everything looked great.. So, being absolutely fair in my review, I leave the decision to the public. I have decided to cut my losses with this location because apparently I'm now "marked" for my previous review? Quite possibly due to it reaching the appropriate management or owner and action was taken on their part to correct the issues? (complete speculation on my part, as I do not know. ) But, it was quite alarming to me that comment was made and that my name was noted, spawning from my review on Google. Unfortunately Dade city and land o lakes locations do not have the pretzel pizza, because I always have wonderful experiences at both locations. Such a shame truly, because I love pretzel pizza. But,it's not worth the cost of any possible retaliation. I seen the movie "Waiting", I'd rather not take that chance.🙅🏻♀️ As a follow up after posting this newer review, I read other recent reviews and see that nothing has changed.. Quite unfortunate as I thought management corrected things. I guess my food being on time and looked fine was just luck.🤷🏻♀️
Previous review : I ordered through the portal, upon arriving a few minutes late for my order, I was told they have not even started it yet and it would be another 45 minutes! The employees are in the back on FaceTime. Goofing off with a phone in everyone's hand and meanwhile I am standing with 7 other customers that ordered ahead and was told 45 minutes as well. One customer become so enraged due to the entire staff goofing off and rude nature, instead of working and waiting so long that he left screaming at employees. Now I am standing here with a packed lobby meanwhile employees are facetiming someone about things they bought at Marshall's.. Where is a manager? A boss? A responsible adult? We can't seem to get a refund, if any one customer says anything to them in the back all we get is "45 minutes" said out loud again. Only 1 guy and 1 girl is actually working. The others are on FaceTime talking to EACH OTHER about their $185 dollar hoodie he got at Marshall's for $18.🙄 I feel bad for the poor girl because she's getting chewed out by customers. Smh now i ordered deep dish pizzas but did not receive them because "oh we don't have any dough defrosted" Go elsewhere! This...
Read moreCame here Saturday night 7/22/23 to pick up my pizza ordered though the online portal and realized my it was completely wrong, which, understandably happens sometimes. Drove back and went in and was saddened and discussed to see how a woman (who was clearly in charge) was treating all of the employees and guests. All the other employees (working the register, making the crazy bread and assisting, etc.) were super kind and were working fast and hard. They each deserve acknowledgment for putting up with such awful treatment from one of their own coworkers. The woman in change was slamming trays, screaming at the employees and kept making rude comments towards the waiting customers. At one point she yelled that they wouldn’t be so behind if “these people wouldn’t put in such big orders”. Her behavior was more than just a stressful situation coming to surface, she showed rude, aggressive, belittling and extremely unprofessional behavior. I would never have put up with that type of treatment from a loved one let alone an employer. We come to this location regularly and have never witnessed anything like this, but definitely think it needed to be mentioned. Again, it wasn’t just a stressed out employee trying to get caught up, it was someone who should not be on change of people (let alone working there) if that’s how she treats others, especially young employees who were working effortlessly to get the job done. We tried calling more than once prior to coming back to save time but there was no answer. We called inside and realized that they’d turned the ringer off. We waited inside for about 30 minutes for my pizza and she literally spent that entire time unnecessarily screaming, slamming and criticizing. I think the men and women in prison get treated better than this employee treated them, and I believe that this location will eventually suffer if she’s...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed by the lack of kindness at this store. I have been to this store about 5 separate times, and every time I have gone the employees are very rude. Even if I place an order ahead of time, I am waiting 30-45 minutes extra for my food. I understand that the food rush can get backed up. However, every time I go there I am waiting well passed the time I was given. Specifically the woman in charge was very unkind to a man with a language barrier trying to figure out if his order was ready since he had also been waiting a long time. The man was very kind and the woman in charge was extremely rude and irritated with him. I was shocked to see such behavior by someone who is in charge. Today I called to order a pizza ahead of time since I live a good distance away. I called twice today and the phone was never answered by any employee. Once I arrived at the store I waited for 20 minutes until someone waited on me. I was standing at the counter, and was the only person In the waiting area. I understand that things are busy and staff might be short. However, their screens had no orders pending. There were several employees in the back on their phone. Multiple employees made eye contact with me and never came to take my order. After 20 minutes of waiting, a gentleman came to place my order. He was very unkind and seemed bothered that I needed my order taken. I am very disappointed in the human interaction at this Little Caesars location. I used to love to buy their pizzas, but now I will be looking elsewhere or driving a little farther to a...
