Five Guys — Restaurant in Palmetto

Pretty disappointed after being so excited to see we were getting a Five Guys!! I’m from NJ and we had a local one in which we frequented. It took 19 minutes for 1 burger and 1 cheeseburger both regular and nothing special (MKP) and since I am accustomed to an awesome amount of fries, I ordered the regular, knowing that would be plenty for 2 persons. Sadly, I watched how the “fry guy” bagged the fries and he was barely filling, what looked to be a 12 oz cup and then not providing any extra scoops to any orders, but rather a smaller container that had about 10 extra fries. I was like what happened to the overflowing cup of fries getting dropped into the bag and then that nice heaping scoop the gets dumped on top?!!!! Which is a Five Guys Staple!!! Near $34 and wholeheartedly disappointed. Also concerned as I see many are first timers and didn’t get to experience the French fry WOW factor….don't think they’ll be coming back. Hopefully they get more training and do it...

Pretty sad about my first experience at this location. My order was messed up twice. Plain little bacon cheese burger with lettuce and tomatoes. First one had pickles, second one had onions. I trusted they would get the order correct the second time. Got home to enjoy my burger and watch the game, and I start gagging because I bit into an onion. So the rest of the burger went to waste. I asked for a Lg fry with Cajun on the side, but they submerged the fries in Cajun. I’m extremely annoyed bc I don’t want to drive all the way back for my correct order. And for a $20 meal the least you could do is get the simple...

Great experience from the time I ordered to the time my food was received.

Efficient and friendly service. Brand new clean facility. Plenty of indoor seating. Reasonable prices. But more importantly.....huge, fantastic burgers and large portion size of hot fries.

So glad to have this addition to the neighborhood....
