Worst experience ever with a pizza restaurant. Time and time again our orders have been late. Usually just by 10-15 min. Today it was late about 45 min. I ordered at 6:38pm and was told it would be here by 7:10 . Now , I know itâs raining today so if the order was going to be late it would be acceptable today. But mind you I live about 5 min from the location and when my pizza was not here by 7:25 I called. Whoever I spoke to put me on hold twice because I guess he was trying to find someone to ask about my order. Finally he came back and said my order was just leaving the restaurant and coming to me. That was at 7:27pm . 7:45 and still no pizza. So I called again. This time the manager answered and I enquirer about my order. He said the driver was just leaving with my order. I proceeded to tell him someone had already told me this more than 20 min ago. He apologized for whoever gave me that incorrect information and continued to say he would advice me to check their online website to check the peak times to order since they are very busy right now and it was raining. So he made it sound like I should have known they were busy and that my order would be more than 45 min late! That is unacceptable! He than told me he could give me $10 back from my order. He should have given me a complete refund! Since I had told him they are late every time . But I didnât tell him this because there was nothing else I could do. Almost 10 min later pizza arrives and itâs frigid cold. So you know it was waiting around on the counter for whatever they were doing and to get delivered. This is by far the worst experience Iâve ever had with a pizza place.    Read moreGood pizza but the guy at the front had a bad attitude. I get there and say I had an online order. Most places they ask ok whatâs the name/code, meanwhile this guy made an expression like âwtf that tells me nothingâ and literally said âthat tells me nothing.â He couldâve just asked the name or the contents of the order like everyone else.
This is what happens when unemployment is really low; people with bad attitudes or incompetence can keep their jobs because the job market is so uncompetitive. Makes life a little worse for consumers.
Edit: 3 stars â 1 star : i went again and ordered a detroit style pizza and 16 wings, but only received 6. Everything came out delicious, but I had to go back to pick up the 16 which was a shame.
And when I came back they only gave me 8 wings instead of 16 đ not even 10 wings to go with my other 6. Also, I realized they messed up the order in another way. They gave me bone-in wings the first time instead of the boneless I ordered.
That said, I would appreciate if the guy felt genuinely sorry. Itâs not like I want him to kneel or anything, just a simple âsorryâ Not even from a job perspective, but from the point of view of just wanting to get your own order right and treating others how youâd like to be treated.

First when I signed up with the pizza lovers account they was suppose to send me a promo code to get free cheese sticks which never happened. Then you ask them what's going on with it they have no idea. Which is bad for business if they don't know about online orders then why promote it. Paid for extra cheese every time and it's never extra cheese and they have a system they go by with the extra cheese. The manager act like he don't know what he's doing or talking about very rude where I wanted to go up there and talk to someone over him. Order cheese stick and there is no cheese on the cheese sticks so basically I should have ordered bread stick smh. If the employees don't want to work go home or find another field that don't deal with customer service. Everyone that I encountered there beside two people was rude or clueless about their jobs. Corporate needs to come re evaluate their business if they even care to be successful in this area. Will be my last time dealing with this and that store and rude employees. Would rather spend my money at McDonald's and I hate McDonald's so that should tell you a lot... Didn't want to give a one star!!!!
