Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Florida

We ordered a special 2 can dine for $11.99 which comes with 6 wings and sauce, three tenders, two sides and two biscuits. This Popeyes was only five minutes from my location. By the time my husband got back with the order which took no more than 5 minutes, the fries were cold, the tenders were old, cold and dry. You can tell when something is freshly cooked or was cooked earlier, just waiting to be given on an oder. The 6 wings came with enough sauce they were floating in it. Then on top of that, we were given only one biscuit. Out of all the places we could have gotten chicken wings on N Monroe St., we picked this place. I tried to call 6 times and no one answered the phone, we were having a storm with a tornado watch in effect and I am sure they were not so busy they couldn’t take the time to answer their phone. My last call was at 9:32 pm. I will be calling back tomorrow. It is crazy with the price we pay now days to go out to eat, to get less than the very best of everything. Prices have gone up, quantities have gone down and customer service is at a record low! We should be getting what we pay for if we choice to patronize your establishment. We won’t be back again, Zaxbys chicken is always fresh, hot and juicey, not to mention, their wings are better, we just like a change once in a while and have always liked Popeyes too, but this is twice this month we have eaten at this location and both times it has been a disappointment. Horrible experience, not worth $14.57, owner should be aware and concerned., especially with the price of fast food, your team needs to be AWARE, ALERT AND READY to hospitably serve customers. I ordered AHEAD on the app. Still ended up waiting for my food being served COLD. I waited 5 mins to have someone's attention from behind the counter, No one in dining room, except an employee dining. Waited additional 10 minutes for my food and the sandwich cold. I politely asked if they could warm it up, I would have been fine with microwave, I just needed to eat and was pressed for time. A lady in a blue shirt, I assume she was a manager, took the sandwich, seemed annoyed and stared they could drop a new one, but it would be 6 minutes. It was more like 10-12 minutes before receiving. A very very nice team member brought me the remade sandwich and she actually apologized and have a nice smile. Thank you to her. I took my fresh, hot sandwich, COLD FRIES AND COLD CAJUN MASH POTATOES and left. Since this place has been built, 2-3 years, I've had bad service here. I avoid it due to those experiences. Came to this one since it was closer to my home but I almost didn't get my food. The worker who took our order was so rude. I asked for the Truffle Mayo Bacon && Cheese Sandwich. She explained that it's two different sandwiches. I asked what came on the regular Truffle Mayo Classic Sandwich. She responded "the same thing that's on all our sandwiches". Like ma'am that's not the right response. I asked because I wasn't aware of what comes on ANY sandwiches. She FINALLY said what the toppings are with an attitude. Someone else hopped on to change it to the Sandwich i wanted. The screen stated "Truffle Mayo - B+C Combo" which meant, the Sandwich i asked for WAS ON THERE. I originally asked for a frozen strawberry lemonade but switched to the frozen mango lemonade since I was still putting in my order && DIDNT CONFIRM that I was done.
