I went in for 1 item, the cashier started with the phone on speaker and switched to the ear. Apparently, she needs a creditor to wait for one of her collection debts. She never spoke to me period. Being she was so rude, I paid with change. Never looked at me nor spoke so I left the amount that showed on the screen on the counter and grabbed my bag, she started yelling at me and called me names. SHE IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE MATERIAL AND IF SHE IS NOT FIRED, I WILL NEVER USE THAT STORE AGAIN! Look at the camera at about 10:10 am. I proceed to ask her if she could do a refund for me. She ROLLED her eyes and huffed and puffed. You would have thought I asked her to inflate two dozen balloons. When I arrived, only 1 case was delivered. I called 2 days in a row inquiring about my order that I paid for and was already taken out my bank account. Why take my money if you’re going to keep one of the cases and my money. They could not find it.
