The first time I came, it was a great experience all around. I came back again for a second time and it was busy. I waited 10 minutes for a refill while jostling for position at the bar just to get it. I understand that high customer volume can make responses slower, but I waited 10 minutes for a refill, couldn't wait any longer and ran to the bathroom, came back and waited another 10. When I was finally acknowledged, I decided to just cash out and move on. Waiting on the check took another ten minutes. These aren't exaggerated times because I quite literally counted it each time. Even this would have been completely understandable had other patrons not came after me and got their orders and refills taken in the meantime while I waited. I realize I may not be a regular or familiar face, but that will never be the case after an experience like that. It's so disappointing after having such a good experience the first time. Oh well,...
