Smokey Bones — Restaurant in Florida

We ordered through Uber eats and ordered 2 Burgers and a large fry. Unfortunately we did not receive our burgers and the fries were INEDIBLE due to the dump truck load of salt on them, and I really like salt so this was not a personal preference thing. On top of them being way over seasoned, they were all unevenly cooked with some of them still being raw and crunchy in the center. Uber refunded us for the burgers and when I politely called to inform the restaurant of the situation, the manager on duty was almost dismissive and rushed me off the phone. I'd give 1 star if I was not refunded but I will not order from here again. This place will forever been known as The Disappointing Burger...

What we received from Door Dash was ok. None of the specialty requests were followed. But the hamburgers and one order of fries were very tasty. My issue was that two of the 3 orders of fries did not show up. I’m assuming since two of the fries were “combos” with drinks they were somehow forgotten. But that combo takes a $5.60 burger to over $12.00. So when you don’t get fries for them…that’s wildly disappointing. When the total to deliver 5 burgers, 3 fries and 2 drinks is over $70 with tip….there should be better accuracy followed...

Delivery orders are consistently wrong. If you order something without an ingredient, they put extra and exclude an ingredient that was supposed to stay on the food. It almost feels deliberate. Ordered 4 burgers the exact same way and all 4 were made worng, but in a different way for each one? Food is sloppy and ingredients are definitely not fresh. Lettuce and onions look disgusting all the time. Seriously, save yourself the aggravation and disgust and just stay away...
