Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Florida

The lack of care for the costumer here is disappointing, I came in during a rush and as a past fast food employee I understand so I was very patient. The lady who took my order was friendly and understanding and was helping around the entire store. However the person who was in charge of making my drink whose name was Zoe kept putting mine off. I waited 15 minutes just watching them put my drink to the side and make more mobile or drive thru orders while the lady who took my order kept reminding them to make mine because I had been waiting so long. Zoe was rude and sloppy with the drinks with cold foam spilling out of mine and multiple others. Not only was Zoe’s attitude towards me poor, it was also to her co-worker who was treating her like she was an annoyance for simply telling her to do her job. The mobile orders being made could have been attended to later considering there was a lot of them that were there before I was and stayed after I left. While in the area yesterday, 8/11/2025, I stopped by this Starbucks to get my birthday drink. I'm normally a hit drink girly but it was SUPER hot yesterday, so I knew I wanted something cold. The gentleman that helped me was sooooo patient and sweet. He listened to what I wanted, offered drink suggestions and assisted me with making my selection. The drink that I did pick was made to perfection and it was absolutely delicious! I didn't taste it until after I had already walked out but I should have went back inside to let the young lady that made it know how good it was.. Great location, in front of Walmart & Target, right off I-95. That being said, it's rare that they're not extremely busy, so don't expect a quick pass through the drive-thru, probably not going to happen, at no fault of their own, as from my experience they get customers serviced as efficient as possible. The baristas and staff are always friendly, never had a bad customer experience out of the many, many times I've been here. Because it can get super hectic, sometimes my coffee is made incorrectly, but they'll always fix it without hassle.
