Normally this is 5 stars with service being 10 stars, some of the sweetest workers just super good customer service..but today ..different. Maybe bc I'm so use to ppl being nice there this stuck out but I wanted to write so hopefully this lady does better. I got the app ( for my teen who loves SB) and over them got these stars reward. Me not being a coffee drinker had no idea what it was but it said to redeem. so I went ordered a drink thru drive thru..asked the lady what the stars was about and I was new to the app..she told me hastily it was that I got a free drink..cool..so I ordered another. ( mine a sm refresher with WATER and a iced mocha) got to window to pay for 1..and she got my phone, scanned and said oh u didn't get a free drink u don't have enough stars. ok what are THESE stars for? I asked as it told me I earned something to redeem.Seemingly annoyed, the lady quickly rattled oh add ins or something and asked which drink I wanted bc I then told her I didn't have enough money on me for both. ( I only ordered 2 drinks bc she told me I could get 1 free). she said ok and was rushing me and I said well pls wait I'm gonna see if I can scramble enough money to try and get both ( coins in purse or what I had on my card) she refused to give me time and rushed me and said she was gonna dump the mocha out or give to to someone else. she took the drink from the window. I pulled away..and was taken back by how rude she was. I tasted my refresher and it was made with lemonaid..so it was wrong and sweet..blah. So here's my thing...it's my bad for not knowing how the app worked apparently ( it doesn't really tell u what u earned it just said u earned stars and to redeem w cashier) and my bad for being broke that day..fine. Her bad for telling me wrong information and wasting a small drink and rushing me not allowing me to try and see if I could still grab it..and lady u made it..ur bad..u could of just gave it to me vs dumping it and then after all that you made the drink I did get, wrong. it was a older blonde ish woman...pls just relax, take a moment, breathe and be a little more nicer to people and own up to your part..bc your co workers have set the bar high and it is appreciated. Never had a issue outside of this so this location is still great I just hope that lady slows the heck down next time and thinks before acting. everyone has a bad day but pls don't add to other ppls day..u duno what day I had in...
   Read moreso i just want to start off by saying i come to this location everyday. literally everyday and i get the same thing unless theyâre out of the pink drink. i really donât know how hard it is to get an order correct though. only co worker that knows me and gets my order right everytime is Rosy(sorry girl if i misspelled)mind you this girl always has the best attitude and always has a smile on her face!! but anyways i was at this store yesterday i was charged $7.81 for a venti pumpkin chai tea iced latte w vanilla sweet cream cold foam. today when me and my sister order through the drive thru my sister was charged $9.10 for the same drink when it shouldâve been $8.50 doing the math correctly or even $7.81 like mine was charged yesterday. when we asked the girl she said âidkâ she didnât know how to answer as to why were being overcharged she said itâs always extra for sweet cream cold foam and chai ? since when you guys specifically sell chai as a drink why charge extra for it and you get foam anyways on the chai tea with the pumpkin so just because we wanted it substituted why are we being charged an extra $1.25 for cold foam and 80cents for chai ???? definitely doesnât make sense. and than when i wanted to order food she just kept saying they were out of everything i was saying mind you she wasnât even letting us finish our sentence she cut us off and just assumed they were out of what i wanted. thatâs how you piss someone off when you donât let them finish speaking and mind you her and her other little coworker with ginger hair had an attitude the whole time not my fault we had to repeat our order 3 times to you. never had a problem with this...
   Read moreI asked for a drink that normally costs $3.50, but I wanted extra oatmilk in it. The associate at the drive thru speaker box told me that they would have to charge me for a latte, which is usually at most a $6 drink. I said okay and pulled around to the window. When I got to the window, I was told it would be almost $8 for the drink. I asked why a $3.50 drink would jump over $4 in price for just some extra oatmilk, and the associate who was running the window was very rude to me, she acted as if she had to make the drink cheaper for me because she thought I didnât have the money for it. She gave me dirty looks as well and a lot of attitude and had to âwalk awayâ and talk about me very obviously to her coworkers. She walked away with my debit card and I had to ASK for my card back. My question the whole time was why is oatmilk a $4 extra charge?? Not that I donât have $8 for a drink, but WHY am I paying $8 for the most basic drink possible. Even if you have to charge me for a latte, thereâs no flavors or syrups or extras in the drink I ordered, so it should be a basic latte for $6 at most. Who Iâm assuming was the manager ended up giving me my drink for free and my debit card back. I guess she was the only one in the building who realized that they messed up. I go to this Starbucks often, and Iâve never seen the rude girl working there, she must be new. But I really hope that starbucks doesnât hire more people like her, I donât need attitude and rudeness before my morning cup of coffee.
