Incredible experience. The store manager, Tati, remembers my name even if I only visit a few times a week. I’ve seen her do the same for other customers, and that personal touch is something I have never (and I mean never) experienced at any other Starbucks. I travel a lot for work and have visited countless coffee shops, including many Starbucks locations, so when I say this has been the best coffee shop experience, I truly mean it.
Tati leads by example in a way that is genuinely inspiring. She is the one mopping the floors, cleaning the windows, asking customers how they are doing, and offering a cup of water or a free coffee refill. Her work ethic and customer service is exceptional and feels genuine.
I have led many different teams in other industries, so I understand the challenge of managing different personalities and keeping morale high. Even though I have not worked in a coffee shop myself, I know how fast-paced they are. Somehow, Tati makes the environment feel calm, welcoming, and comfortable, and I can work here for hours at a time because of it.
I’ve also noticed that some customers who come in can be a bit unusual or even difficult to deal with (common in Vero Beach), yet Tati handles every situation with remarkable patience and professionalism. For example, one day there was a customer whose behavior was a bit unsettling, but Tati remained calm, kind, and in control. She can’t control who walks through the door, but she can control the atmosphere, and she does it beautifully.
Not every employee matches her enthusiasm, but a few do, and it is clear they have been inspired by her example. If you are looking for a Starbucks with outstanding service, a warm community feel, and a manager who goes above and beyond,...
Read moreThe guy who took me and my dad's order was really kind and sweet. Food and drink tasted good. The only complaint that brought my review to three stars instead of five is one employee. My dad and I were sitting down enjoying ourselves and chatting. An employee suddenly came to the counter and loudly in a sarcastic, stern, rude voice and a stern rude face said 'okay folks we're now closed'. She was very rude, obnoxious, snotty, when she said it. The problem was not that she told us, as how we understand that they need to have all customers gone to clean up and close for the night, the problem was HOW she said it. She could have easy said 'folks, I understand that it is rainy outside and that you guys aren't finished with your coffee yet, however it is past closing time and we'd really appreciate if you guys could wrap it up. Have a good night though of course!' However, she chose to say it in that rude way. Basically another way of saying "get the heck out!" With a 'nice' gesture. She was a blonde haired lady with her hair tied back. It's not worth paying 18 dollars for two coffees, a cake pop, and a small sandwich to get treated like that. She did not even flinch when she said that, she didn't even give us the time of day. She just walked to the back like 'okay get the hell out! Im better than y'all." Employees should not treat the people who give them a job like second class. Everyone else was very kind and professional, but I guess people like her should not be in this business. Manager should...

They stop serving decaf at 2pm. There is a drive thru. Service is very friendly. Atmosphere is Spartan with cafe music and clean bathrooms. All ages customers. They have a rewards program that gives you free product after multiple purchases. The only drawback I can see is the language. The sizes are short(8oz), tall(12oz), grande(16oz), vente(20oz). They currently do not have a full coffee menu posted, so, unless you are a seasoned Starbucks customer,or check menu online, you won't know what they offer beyond basics or promos. The staff is happy to walk you through, but, a first visit can be intimidating. The coffee is pricey but...
