Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

Sandra wasn't helpful whatsoever. Ordered the dragon drink and paradise drink. When she kept looking at the wrong menu I politely corrected her saying it was the dragon and paradise drink with coconut milk and not the lemonade. She kept proceeding to tell me that wasn't the lemonade. Which I agreed yes I didn't want lemonade I wanted the drink she said it was the lemonade. I just said as long as it's the drink and not the lemonade I'm good and she said I got you were on the same page super rudely. Cue to picking up the drinks, they're both lemonade no coconut milk....

Today is the day before the big hurricane coming in. I am seeking refuge down here and wanted to express my gratitude for these workers. This starbucks was 1 of 2 that were the only ones open in the entire city. Only 2 ladies and a line of 30+ people. Yes we did wait for 15-20 in line to order. But my drink after ordering came out within 3 minutes and they did it all with a smile. These two women need a raise and or recognition from the company on their hard work and dedication to their job. Xtra well done ladies! Keep kicking booty and getting us caffeinated...

Well I wouldn't come to this star bucks if you are black or brown. Because they obviously didn't get the memo that Starbucks is trying to be a neighborhood coffee shop. I have never been approached until today about ordering. I was literally in the process of. And this "person" approached me about this "policy", while none of the good white people who had no drink were talked to.

So my suggestion would be to find another Starbucks or just ignore this one if you are a...
