Sarah has customer service down to a T at this location. I shared with her my frustrations with the 301/Falkenburg location making my pumpkin cold brew wrong 4 times in one week. This resulted in me requesting several refunds and changing beverages. It was confusing because the Wesley Chapel locations make it right every time time, thick layer of the heavy cream and dark bottom with the cold brew. The 301 location version is all blended together, causing the entire drink the look very milky. They couldn’t get the recipe right at all. What’s even more frustrating is that I always wait in the drive through line for 20-30 mins every time, just to get a bad drink. The location is the most convenient for me which is why I keep trying to give them a chance. I feel like the management has gone down since Corey left. Slow consumer service and drinks are made wrong too often, causing Starbucks to lose tons of money I’m sure. Anyway, this post was to also brag about how great Sarah was at the causeway location (near fit-life foods). She was able to determine that the reason the other store likely kept having problems with making the pumpkin cold brew, was because the heavy cream wasn’t been kept cold enough. Read moreIn travelling for work I have visited many a Starbucks but none of them compare to this particular Starbucks location. I have never received such amazing, friendly, timely, and perfect service from any Starbucks. The staff here is AMAZING!!!!! They are always on point, never missing a beat with orders. Every customer is greeted with such enthusiasm and after just one or two visits I was greeted by my first name as soon as I walked in the door. I typically use mobile ordering and after one week in Brandon my order was waiting for me and regardless of who was there to make sure I received the order, I was met with a smile behind the masks. I spent almost six months in Brandon for work and this Starbucks location made it bearable for me to be away from home each and every week. ☺️😊

Read moreI'm not sure I've ever seen a crew at Starbucks operate at such an incompetent and disrespectful manner, than this morning- 9/11/2022. I waited in line for over 45 minutes and left with no food or drinks for my family. We chose to avoid the drive thru and order in the Cafe. Big mistake. We ordered quickly. After waiting 30 minutes I asked about our order. They didn't even check to see what was going on and just acted like I couldn't see they were busy. Ibarely was acknowledged. They said they were doing the best they can. I told them I understood to which they walked away. 15 minutes later and they hadn't even started on my order. I asked for a refund and the woman had the audacity to act as if it were a chore and made me repeat myself so many times. She was rude and sarcastic. Overall, infuriating. I've frequented this Starbucks location several times a week for 6 years. This is our neighborhood location. I'm so incredibly disappointed in the service and how we were treated.
