I have been a customer of Subway for probably 30 years. I very rarely have a complaint a few weeks ago the same manager who I saw today made a mistake on my sub. She labeled them wrong where one was a cheese allergy. When I showed her the issue, she replaced the sub for me no problem fast-forward to a few weeks later this Wednesday after one in the morning I came to Subway to get my same veggie sub order with no cheese that I always get they made the sub for me, but the bread was toasted like a rock when I got home I realize the bread was inedible, I scooped out the greens and ate them like a salad and threw away the bread. Now, I returned to the restaurant to have my sandwich remade. I have a video that I can’t upload demonstrating how hard the sandwich was. The manager comes out telling me they bake fresh bread every day. I’m not saying the bread wasn’t fresh. It was toasted too hard, but because I had an issue a few weeks ago with her mistake she’s punishing me for a whole other shift employees mistake, and not honoring your policy and replacing my sandwich making it seem like I complain all the time or it’s an issue because I don’t like cheese. I thought Subway has something for everyone not just cheese and meat eaters. I want to be contacted by corporate immediately to resolve this. I am so upset that I spend money in a business that disrespect me like that, even was calling police on me when SUBWAY ROBBED ME & OWES ME A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT!!! Read moreI ordered subs on uber app and the order was so bad I had to make a review/complaint here. #1 I order 2 foot longs one tuna and one chicken teriyaki and they were 2 for one.. not only did I only get 2 subs instead of 4 they didn't put cheese as I order nor any of the sauces I requested.
