My first time here was 2024 I asked for the skin to be chopped and added to my plate as they were throwing it in the trash. 2025 I'm being charged for the skin on the chicken. I feel like it's a slap in the face to the consumer. You can not up charge for something that is supposed to come with the chicken. How healthy are we really eating at kitchen chicken. The chickens are leg quarters. Everyone has there own opinions, this is mine. Also, the chubby kid that always looks mad at the world when I walk in needs to practice safe food handling classes. As I have watched him wipe old food from the cutting board back in to the fresh sides on the bar. All it takes is the right combination of cross contamination to get someone sick. Read moreAs someone who's on the road all day, finding consistently clean and welcoming places to eat is a big deal for me—and Chicken Kitchen in North Miami Beach never disappoints.
First and foremost, the place is immaculate. Trust me, I check! They’ve had zero violations on their unannounced state food safety inspections in February, June, July of 2023, and again in March this year. What really stands out, though, is the warm, upbeat vibe created by the staff. Manager Emily is a gem—she’s always smiling and genuinely passionate about her work. It's rare to see someone who clearly loves their job as much as she does, and it shows in the way the place runs.
If you're ever in North Miami Beach, this spot is worth the visit. Great food, exceptional cleanliness, and a team that goes above and beyond—what more could...
Read moreIt’s not bad for the price. Menu is not so clear about what’s included in the bowl. $9.99 you get freshly cooked chicken, & whichever rice you want. I did yellow. Then it’s .59 for additional toppings you want on the side. I believe lettuce was free & the garlic cilantro sauce. For the ones complaining about the price, it’s your choice whether you want to spend it or not. Yes I was a bit shocked you had to pay for additional toppings but it lasted as several meals. Only thing I was upset about when I got home was no pita. My son loves their pita bread. I thought it’s included w every bowl & the corn was very chewy so my son didn’t eat it. FYI rice is bland because some people prefer no added salt/peppers ect. Just bring your own or add it yourself. It’s still a healthier choice than Taco...
