As I type this, my husband, daughter and I all have food poisoning from this Subway. This was the only thing we had to eat yesterday, other than drinking soda or water cause we were out all day. I knew something wasn't right when I saw her fish around the steel container for the last bits of each thing we asked for. The line was long, one girl was sweeping not helping the other at all. She was as slow as a sloth, new so me and my daughter just dealt with it. It took 30 mins to make 3 subs I asked for fresh lettuce didn't have it, the tomato was gross and hadike a slime on it. The mayo is what we think did us in and the lettuce. All the bacteria from the bottom of the can and to top it off she was touching everything with gloves and then coming back to make the sandwiches. I spent 45.00 on 3 subs. 3 subs that cost us over 300 after having to go to the walk-in clinic thinking we had covid or something serious. Nope, just good old fashioned food poisoning. Try to call them to let them know they have bad meat, condiments and veggies but no one answers the phone. I will never return to this Subway maybe not any Subways after this. The problem with the franchised Subways, they do what they want and no one is there to check them out and hold them...

I walked up to this location to find 2 workers and a lady standing around smoking cigarettes, I walked in behind a worker and the random lady who was a workers friend. The worker walked around the corner and rinsed her hands, she did not use soap at all and barely rinsed, then turned to take her friends order before me
.. You should not help a friend over a customer, and more important, YOU SHOULD WASH YOUR DAMN HANDS WITH SOAP, ESPECIALLY AFTER SMOKING A DAMN CIGARETTE.

I went in with my friend to get lunch after a long day and was greeted with some girl who had no personality whatsoever , that’s fine i ignored it and ordered my food we dined in half way through our meal my friend felt a bug in his HAIR!! a grasshoppers leg FELL ONTO THE FLOOR and next thing we know we see it on our table near our food. We got up SHOCKED and DISGUSTED and had the workers and the OWNER stare at us like we’re crazy?
