Superlatinos Cafe Restaurante — Restaurant in Florida

This place is the worse let me tell you I moved about 10 mins away from this place literally its literally down the street from me. I ordered from here 4 times and only once was ok service and that was about 8 months ago. Basically I called. Made my order got my payment they told me about 30 mins for my food , I waited about 2 hours and decided to call they said driver couldn't find my house and left mind you they have my phone number they could've calle some and i could've gave the driver directions eve tho my house is very simple to get to any ways I had very heated discussion with the manager and ended up going over ther myself for my food I paid for already when I get there I told the manager first the food has to be free because this is not how cust should be treated he gave me a face like I'm crazy so I got my food and left I haven't ordered from them since then 5 months past and i decided to give them another shot and same thing again. I called gave them my info I guess they had a note there of me because the guy who answer the phone was a bit skeptical got my order and payment 15 mins later calls me saying he can't deliver to me because im to far and driver can't go there I told him how if I ordered 4 times before he said no he can't I can pick it up or decline payment of course I decline this place is the worse don't expect delivery because they do not offer it it's a huge was of time and money...

Just left the restaurant. Was very disappointed since we always go to the one on Quail Roost Drive, but gave the wrong directions to my kids who were joining me for lunch. We had a very good waitress who remembered all the items ordered. The problem was with the palomilla, which was hard as a board. We asked the lady to please take it back and give her a croqueta preparada instead. When the bill came, the steak was on the bill and I asked the lady if it could be taken off and to be charged for the croqueta preparada. She said the manager said no because she ate the rice and beans. I said that by the tone the sandwich was prepared we would all have finished eating. She went back and asked snd he told her that he would take it off but then charge for the rice, beans and sandwich and it would be more money. He didn’t even have the decency to come out and tell us himself. I told the girl that it was nothing she did, she got an extra tip besides the 15 percent they include but that I would never go back there again. I will continue to go to the other one, which we frequent at least twice a week, sometimes more. A very bad business...

Came here for dinner with my husband on a Friday night. We had originally gone to another restaurant near by. Restaurant was out of everything, so we told the waitress we were leaving. "She" actually recommended Superlatinos to us. What a difference!! Much better menu, many options. Loved the specials of the day. Quick to seat us and immediately serve water and warm bread. All the waitresses had a great attitude. Place was clean. We had mariquitas con mojo, Baby Churassco with grilled shrimp, fish soup, and fried boniato. Everything tasted delicious!!! Even have leftovers for tomorrow. Steak was cooked correctly and wasn't dry and hard. We will definitely be dining here again! So glad we got the recommendation lol.
