Gracias Jessica. -.- Mngr “Jessica” had a chk fltbrd re-made for me after I informed her of the chk being rotten. She returned back to me in less than 1 min with a new chk fltbrd and saying that I could check if it was fresh if I liked. Which I did. And what do you know? the chk was rotten again! She then insisted that the chk was “new” and “what did I want her to do about it” as she showed me a half empty container of chk that she pulled from the line. She then replaced the container and asked what else I would like. I responded that at this point since there is no “fresh” chicken I would like her to throw that chicken out and to stop serving it to other customers and refund me. She proceeded to set aside (not throw out) the rotten chk and refund me. P.S. this entire verbal exchange was done in Spanish. For reference there was a cashier named Alfred P also working the shift. And the refund was order no 609715 or order no 229 at 6:10 pm on...

This experience is horrible, I am ordered to soft tacos and something else and they're making a mistake and their order I'm going back with the girl in the register. And I asking for the right order.she's really nice, polight and really educated. The food was not well prepared, there was not even an attempt at decent presentation and the service was awful. We ordered a Cheesy Chicken Crispanada and got a Cheesy Roll Up instead. Honest mistake, right! When we went to the drive thru window to let them know, instead of just correcting the order, they started arguing that there had been no mistake. They went as far as saying we had eaten it and wanted a free one now! That was absolutely on called for and so rude and disrespectful. I wish they would hire employees that have the vocation to work at a service company and not just the first person that fills out an application. We've lived in this area for 15 years.
