Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend

I was charged $40 for a mediocre haircut that fell far below expectations. I didn’t receive a proper alcohol rub after the cut, my hairline was noticeably crooked, and the eyebrow design I specifically requested—a clean slash—was done incorrectly and slanted.

What made the experience worse was the unprofessional behavior I overheard. One of the barbers, assuming I didn’t understand Spanish, told my barber to charge me $40. When my barber didn’t respond, the other said, “Watch out, he might know Spanish.” The reply? “He’s Black.” That kind of disrespect and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.

I had a terrible experience at the barbershop yesterday. The barber, who seemed inexperienced, completely messed up my haircut. I asked for a low taper fade and even showed him a picture, but he didn't seem to know how to do it. Instead of a fade, he gave me a harsh, straight line around the back and sides of my head. When I pointed it out, he told me it was my skin tone and that I couldn't see the fade. It looks so bad that I'm getting another haircut today to fix it. The $35 I spent was a complete waste of money, and I'm not sure if this barber was just an exception or if this is the standard of quality...
