This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've been to so far, and never have I ever been treated so rudely and with little disregard by the employees at any place! I ordered a mobile order here Saturday for me and my mother, and when they gave out my food one of the employees just threw it out on the counter in front of me lazily nearly wasting the contents in the bag. They also forgot my three drinks and I asked a young lady politely if she could get the 3 strawberry freezes. This girl literally rudely say, "uh, what'd you say, lady?" And I when I ask again she gives me only one drink! I mentioned there's three that came with the order, she rolls her eyes at me fixes the other two and plops them down in front of me in an oversized drink carrier. One of the drink even falls on the floor due to her slamming it down on the table and didn't even apologize for it. Came here Sunday again, there were young employees are even worst and more disrespectful than the last ones! They literally were goofing around in the back another customer also was asking why our orders weren't ready yet, took nearly a whole hour for them to prepare our food while they were horsing around and didn't pay us any mind at all but occasionally glancing back and smirking for some reason. Kept telling us the order would be out soon while I literally see their buddies not doing anything. And they gave me only ONE drink again!!! I got so frustrated I didn't even bother waiting for them to give me my other two drinks. I will never be coming to this Taco Bell again (much prefer the one on Bloomingdale)!!!! The only reason I even came to this particular one in Causeway is only because I was visiting my brother at his new apartment on the weekend and this was the closest one nearby. I used the drive through service at this Taco Bell location. For one it was obvious that the young lady named Rebecca E. who was taking my order did not want to be working. She mumbled the whole time and when I asked her what she said she just mumbled the same thing 2 more times so I stopped asking what she was asking me. I arrived at the window. She never even told me how much my order was, so I had to ask. She gave me my food but didn't give me any plastic wear or napkins. I asked for napkins, but I did not see that I didn't have the plastic wear until it was time to eat. My taco was not even in the rapper and everything but the meat was spilled out of the taco in the bag. I never even left the parking lot so it wasn't a matter of me spilling it out, it was just never in there. The chicken quesadilla was super soft like spaghetti noodles and messy. I had nothing to scoop out the guacamole or sour cream to put it on the quesadilla. The best thing about the entire meal was probably the sweet tea, but it was so sweet that I had to add half a bottle of water to it. This was by far my worst experience at Taco Bell.
This was a waste of money and time. I do not plan to ever revisit this location. Hopefully other Taco Bell locations are better. This was my first time going to a Taco...

I always have problems getting my drink, they do not acknowledge anybody that comes up to the counter inside for long amounts of time, and they take over 10 minutes to get food to customers after they place an order should you decide to sit down inside. On average I wait 2-3 minutes in the drive through, and 15-20 inside, which is very annoying.
My last straw was that I was served burnt food. My food was BURNT black on all sides, and they thought it was appropriate to serve that? When I asked them to remake it, I specified that I needed an ingredient substituted (that was substituted in the burnt one as well) as I am allergic to the original ingredient. They took 5 minutes to get it to me and did not substitute the ingredient, so in the end I was not able to eat the food. I did not want to ask them to remake it a second time since it would be just another long wait for them to mess it up again. After this incident I had realized that, on top of this, they actually missed a few items from my order! So I did not receive all my items, the main item was inedible for me, and the service was terrible.
