Extremely disappointing.... I didn't need a large ham for Christmas as only a few people eat it (or else I would've made it myself) and there's only a small dinner this year. I placed an online order for a 4-6lb ham and specified in the order notes I needed the smallest out of that range which customer service ensured me they'd be able to fill. Their website was also having a promotion that if you picked your ham up on certain days, you'd get $10 off. Great news so far! $9lbX4lb - $10 = $26.

When I showed up for my order, they didn't have it. Had no idea what I was talking about regarding promotions, weight need so on. I even have a email of my order confirmation. They didn't care. So now I have a 6lb $54 ham because that's "all they had".

I've purchased large hams from here before and they're always good. I understand staff being overloaded because of the holidays. However, that does not justify charging me double because you didn't fulfill a online order from...

We ordered our Thanksgiving meal weeks in advance as our kitchen is being remodeled. My husband picked up the food and when I got home from work Wednesday evening, I inspected the food. We were missing both deserts. It was 6:20pm so local store had just closed. I called corporate to make a complaint. They said someone from the local store would be in touch. Nobody called, so I called them this morning. She informed me that I could come pick up the desserts or come into the store for a refund. I live 30 min away. As a former HBH production supervisor this store is serving unacceptable products. Ham by the lb is to be from bone in hams only. Ham salad had no relish or honey mustard. Company recipe is not being followed and by the lb hams are to be glazed first not simply cut and sold by the lb. They are not insuring the quality that HBH is known for. The products I purchased today will not be used by me as they are inedible. If you want true HBH I suggest you visit the Orange Park or Jacksonville location. If you are in Ga go the Macon, Ga store.
