I frequent this location due to the usually pleasant customer service and awesome smoothies.This evening I visited and was not even greeted by the employee who assisted me. I said hello twice before ordering and got no response not even a smile. Her whole demeanor was uninviting and I was second guessing even placing the order. I proceeded and two other guests came in and she said "Welcome." I was given my smoothies, one with some sliding down the side which is fine except for the fact she was aware because she attempted to wipe with her hand, but I still had to ask for napkins. I know with everything going on in the world today emotions are high and we dont know what anyone is going through so I said a prayer for her after returning to my car. Sorry to give 2 stars, I dont want to discredit the 3 young ladies who usually assist me during my visits, they're great. However, this will most likely be my last time visiting...
Read moreHorrible customer service including the manager! I asked them to make sure my mango smoothie is sweet because last time they forgot the sugar. They charge me extra for sugar, really? Wow! I should have left at that point. After charging me for sugar they end up forgetting to put any sugar in. I had already left and had to come back and ask for a refund as my son was in a class and we have to call and let the school know we will be running late due to this smoothie disaster. She refuses to give the money back and says she will give me a free smoothie next time. Guess what after I took the smoothie manager gave me no apologies for my time and even refused a coupon that she promised. A coupon is a least of their problem. Read moreI don’t know where to start but the short comings here are a list too long. I get wanting to rate a place with good employees 5-star but good employees cannot make up for poor quality food, forgotten foods, low quality of sugar replacement options, and proportion sizes. Bad enough I drive 30 minutes out of my way to be here but they forgot my kale slaw which I drove 30 minutes back to get in total I spent two hours driving there and back twice and this is the size of the kale slaw that i apparently ordered. there has to be other ways to compensate people for the replacement of a missing food order or to repay them back. Gas is already incredibly high, so our standards need to reach that as well. this is barely 1 ounce of a slaw, i would’ve never droven back for this. Posting to save someone else...
