Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Florida

Submitted an order to pick up. Upon arriving my order was in their cubbies. 2 wraps and a smoothie. My smoothie's cap was only partially on, and was actively coming off and oozing excess smoothie ingredients out the sides and down the cup. I may appreciate not wasting whatever is left in the blender pitcher, but I was literally about to take this into my car. As I stood there I showed an employee there that my smoothie was overflowing and that I needed a new lid and a bunch of napkins. No apology for the excessively messy smoothie, and I was handed 2 napkins. I quickly used up those napkins and had to ask again for a lot more napkins for the fairly obvious mess on my hands. Again no apology, but at least I received napkins.

I don't expect to be comped the meal, or have a new smoothie made for me just cause they poured too much, but to put out this hot mess of a smoothie and not even acknowledge, let alone offer to maybe, clean it up,...

I personally love coming here to this location. The entire staff is extremely friendly and efficient. 2 things you can never go wrong within a hospitality industry. I never have to wait over 5 min for items. In addition, any suggestion towards a new smoothie I always try it. I come here after every basketball workout and its the best way to end the day.
