We had a fundraiser to promote our schoolâs PTA organization and the manager agreed to support us. He was not there due to a meeting, and the two âmanagers in trainingâ Mel and Sophia ran the place like it was there own. They had all employees present and working the counter to support the line that had wrapped around the entire inside of the restaurant. It was efficient with no errors. The food was fresh and prepared exactly like Panda is known for. A new hire, Yeefan, was working the register and filling orders as if she knew everyone who walked in. I was enjoying her interactions with customers because she genuinely spoke to them, it wasnât a forced conversation during payment. I went up to the entire line later that night to offer my gratitude for their patience, as clearly by the looks on their faces as more people showed up this was an unexpected turn out for a Wednesday night. They were so nice, and were worried as they have only been open a little over a month. The manager should be proud of their passion for the job. Mel asked several times if they were okay with her leaving because she needed to head to another location. This past Saturday i ordered pick up at 2.45PM through online app. Arrived on location at around 2.50PM.
About 8 people in line. I walk over pickup area, order isnt there. I wait until around 3PM before I reach out to staff member and explained i had a 2.45 order, they asked my name and proceed to do it, BUT stopped in the middle to attend to in store customers again.
I ask again after they are done with said customers, she starts the order again and STOPS yet again.
I ask for a refund at this point at 3.10PM when even people that were at the end of the line when i arrived have been cared for, thats when the staff member finishes my order and gives it to me. I walk out the store at 3.15PM, 30MINS after my pick up time and after reaching out 3 times for the food.
Plus when i finally check the food, the âbeef and broccoliâ portion is 3 or so broccoli with 1 tiny piece of beef.
I called to speak with a manager who apologized but at the end no solution was provided and ended with im sorry thats companys...
   Read moreI placed and order for pickup up. I chose half chow mein and fried rice. I get a full plate of chow mein. I ordered beef with broccoli đ„Š and I get broccoli and a piece of beef. I'm sure like everyone we just want what we ordered. I'm sure the people that work at Panda except the same thing when they order take out. I tried to give this place a shot and Welcomet them to the neighborhood. Unfortunately I can't say I will reorder. The reviews seem to be true. Don't call the number if you have a complaint. They will apologize and that's cool but then they want you to drive by later to pick up a half spoon of rice after they messed up..Seriously! Too much competition on Landstar to not getting orders right and after the fact not making it...
