The upper deck bar and grill doesn't bring food out to you so it's not a grill.it only has one bar tender so when he takes a day off bar is closed... the in side bar has one bar tender so the drink and food is very slow its not her fault she is nice and trys her best....the front desk is not helpful at all and sometimes rude. The pools are nasty for the money I would find a better place to stey I would not recommend this place people come to this town to vacation site bye the ocean and drink and eat good food.. won't get that here.. because the time you walk back and forth to bar and restaurants at motel and wait one hour on food and drinks.because no one will answer the phone at the restaurants or bar it takes up all your beach time. And they change 15 dollars for Breakfast which is the same thing motel serve for free the Normal powdered egg sausage and fruit they show a Breakfast menu but when I asked for it they said they don't have one... that's the reason I left a review because when I Research motels they had everything I was looking for and when I get here it's not what's...

Hello, I wanted to share an experience I had while sitting at the Upper Deck. I observed as Sarah and Kacey served and acknowledged every guest who arrived after me, without ever greeting us, saying “hello,” or even letting us know they’d be with us shortly.
What made the situation especially uncomfortable is that we were the only African American guests sitting at the bar at the time. While I don’t want to assume intentions or pull the race card, it’s difficult not to notice the dynamic, especially in 2025.
As a Titanium Elite member who truly values the Marriott brand, I found this to be one of the most disappointing and disheartening experiences. We sat there patiently, hoping things would change, but it honestly felt like we were invisible.
I just wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that no other guest feels the way we did today.
