Starbucks — Restaurant in Dr. Phillips

I ordered $67 worth of coffee and merchandise. The girl that was making the drinks was moving very slow and was struggling. She made my first two drinks and we were good. The next two drinks she was in the process of making and apparently she did not read my instructions. I specifically order my drink as a venti caramel Frappuccino with no whip cream, no caramel drizzle and 6 shots of the Frappuccino roast. She starts to put whip cream on both drinks. So I told her one was without whip. She checks the cup and comes to me and says oh sorry if you want I can scoop it off. I told her don’t worry about it and I asked if she did 6 shots of frap roast and I would be ok. She said she did do 6 shots on the one drink. I looked at both and they had the same color. So I tried the one that was mine, and it did not taste like it normally does. So I went back and told the lady at the register. She asked the barista and she said I did put six. So she started grumbling and printed out my ticket and went over to the barista and said something in her ear. Now I was mad. And she still didn’t make it right. Please don’t go to this Starbucks if don’t want to be treated like garbage by employee Shemika. (The scary part is that they told me that she was the manager of the store. I hope that is not true.) I love to go to Starbucks because usually employees are really friendly, but today I made a huge mistake and I went to Starbucks Store # 70902. It was really appalling to witness an employee Shemika been really rude to us for not reason. It’s very obvious that Shemika hates her job, but it’s not our fault. She does not have to take it out with the customers. We were in shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way. I believe that the company should be aware of the way that Shemika is treating the customers. Go to the Starbucks across the street, the employees that work on that location are friendly and know how to behave...

Great new Starbucks location across from the Nike outlet store and front entrance of the outlets. As this one is a smaller kiosk and farther away from the food court area, it tends to be less busy and inferior able to get your drink faster.

And because Nike has a long line, a family member can stand in line there and the other can go over and grab a refreshing iced cold Starbucks beverage to enjoy while waiting.

I ordered a frappuccino, and my order came out right away without delay. They had a huge selection as the normal Starbucks menu does, even though they are a kiosk.

Even though this is outside, they still have floor markers and I think they prefer if you wear a mask when ordering.
