I will not support this establishment moving forward, it is a health hazard and I will be contacting the health department after my most recent visit. Their establish is dirty and not well kept. I placed an order and was made to wait more than 45 minutes. I was not the one who picked up the order so when the pizza finally made it to my home, I quickly found that my entire order was extremely burnt. The crust of the pizza was black, the cheese was so overdone that it looked like tattered leather, and the breadsticks were overdone to the point that they were so hard and stiff that they could not be broken in half. I then called them to explain the issue and the male that answered the phone advises me that they could not remake the order and if they were to do so, it would be a while before they got to it. I then requested a manager and was advised no one is available then I was hung up on. So I then took it upon myself to go up there to take the food back and the manager suddenly was available and defended the waiters poor customer service and tried to say he misunderstood the issue. They then remake the order. When the breadsticks were taken out of the oven, they requested that I look at them to ensure they were to my liking. I could not see into the pan so the cook put his ungloved hand into the pan to hold the breadsticks down to lower the pan to my eye sight. I advised they did not look done and that they still appeared as raw dough. He then again touches all of the breadsticks, still with no glove, and proceeded to put them back into the oven with other orders. Then environment was tense because customers were made to endure extremely long wait times and were asked numerous times what they ordered. Sorry, we usually go to professional high-end pizza places, so maybe thatās why this run down āpizzeriaā was unsatisfactory for me.

Horrible experience and employees!!! After we ordered our pizza we quietly waited for 30 minutes (we considered that they might be busy so we were very patient) and asked if our order was coming. The lady at the register told us the order never reached the kitchen so they didnāt even start making it yetš³ She blamed the mistake on a new girl and said it was her first day there. Whatever the circumstances were they obviously needed to fix this. Instead she didnāt give us the order but told us she could only give us a refund minus the handling feeš³š³š³(So we wasted 30 minutes of our time and lost money). Customers are spending their time and money here, before blaming somebody else, she should do a better job at training her own employees!! What happened was disgusting and unacceptable and the lady had a terrible attitude! Also my calzone tasted like complete salt𤮠it was the worst calzone I had in my life. The owner responded by saying sometimes they are busy. Someone who normally doesn't cut pizzas maybe did it and etc. I've been going to vitos for years. I took all of that into account. I have been there on such occasions. I wish I would have taken a picture. I normally wouldn't complain but, This was the worst cutting (hack) job I've ever seen anywhere. It wasn't busy. There were a bunch of employees standing around. My kids, nephews, neices have done a better job making homemade pizzas. Totally unprofessional response since owner didn't see the pizza and wasn't there. I have worked food service and I know things happen but, I would never have handed food to customers like that. Your business should never SELL pizza that looks like that. That's your business, and being a small business should take pride in the quality and presentation of product your putting out. I definitely would not respond to customers the way you have. I would have made them remake if I was owner/ manager.
