Worst service EVER! Went to the Wendy’s on Aloma and Tuscawilla Road in Winter Park Florida on 10/29/23 right around 12:10 pm and the rudest young Hispanic girl working the drive through was unbelievable. I could hear her being very rude to the vehicle in front of me and then to me. I never said a word about how she was talking to people or me because honestly I did not trust someone like her not to do something to my order since she was in such a bad mood. The rap music they had playing in the drive through was not from another vehicle but coming from the actual restaurant. When you got to the window it was hard to speak to her or hear her and when I tried saying something to her she just kept shutting the window on me. The kicker is when I got home my order was wrong. The funniest of all is it was not even busy. There was one car in front of me in the drive through, which I could hear her being so rude to over the intercom and one car behind me. There were no cars wrapped around the building. I believe this is the wrong person to be running customer service of any kind. The real kicker is she did not give me a receipt. So it leads me to think she did that on purpose so you could not review her. I have lived near this location my whole life and have kids and they are in sports and I will certainly suggest that the teams and parents go to a different place. This is not the first rude experience at this place. I have had a few friends tell me about it as well and my husband a bad experience once. If you do go there, check your food and your drinks. Make sure they are right because mine was a mess. We unfortunately had to eat it because we were on our way to something and had no time to go back. I do not recommend this Wendy’s location!!! Read moreI eat at Wendy's a lot compared to other fast food restaurants sofor me no matter where I'm at traveling etc I consider it a comfort food. I have to say from first contact this Wendy's wasn't like what I'm used to. This lady on the intercom was obnoxious and rude. Considering she may have had a long day, I didn't hold it against her. I gave my order and asked as always "no mayo" Again paying she was abrasive. Once I got my order I checked and the food was covered in mayo. I bright it back to her repeating it was supposed to be no mayo and she rudely yelled at me that I didn't order it that way to which I disagreed. With no choice she took my food back to correct it. When she bright it back to me she informed me that I was wrong and if I wanted to complain it would do no good. And on top of that when I got my bacon deluxe combo that I paid over $11 for it had 2 steps of bacon about 3 inches long. This is what I paid an extra $3 for? This lady is short and plump with a blonde ponytail and ugly as sin. She is the reason that so many fast food workers are treated so poorly. She needs to be fired and get a job as a janitor at the YMCA or something but even they have manners. I'll never go to this Wendy's again even if I'm starving and would urge anyone considering this Wendy's to keep driving. I ordered the the sauce-some double combo since I had not yet tried Wendy's latest burger creation. I was quickly provided with the total and questioned at the window why the price was a dollar higher than the listed price (and yes, I understand about sales tax). The response was an annoyed review of my order - about three times when I continued to question the inaccuracy. Finally, another staff member noted, "Well, the price must've just gone up." When I questioned the fairness of this, my order was just repeated to me a fourth time. When I opened the bag that my meal was delivered, I realized that no receipt was provided (I looked for it so that I could speak with the manager) and I also realized that I never received the Frosty I ordered. The sauce-some double was another disappointment and I threw out the fries after rooting through to find at least one good one amongst the rubbery and dark-colored potatoes with no luck. To add to the horrible experience, my Dr. Pepper soda was without carbonation. I wish I had a stomach pump and a time machine so that I can warn myself to make a different lunch choice.
