Eastern Garden — Restaurant in Alafaya

Just left Eastern Garden - we live too far away for takeout so we stayed and ate in at one of the casual tables inside. The food was DELICIOUS!!! We ordered the following: Crab Rangoon appetizer - super yummy! A little different than usual because the filling was extra creamy but we enjoyed them very much. Szechuan chicken combo - came with pork fried rice and an egg roll. The chicken had a good amount of heat, but if you prefer really spicy you can ask for that. The flavor was excellent and I liked the level of heat that was on mine. I was prepared to add hot sauce and didn’t have to. The egg roll was huge, too. Not one of those tiny ones. The portion was huge for the price and we have leftovers. House Lo Mein - had pork, shrimp, and chicken. The noodles were perfect as you would expect for that dish. Flavor was great. The large size will definitely feed two people. So we have leftovers of this as well. Everything was extremely fresh.

This is hands down the best NY-style Chinese takeaway place in Oviedo! Can’t wait to go back and try some additional things. The staff there this evening (perhaps owners) were also very lovely. Giving this a definite 5-Stars for the restaurant category...

I love this restaurant and their cuisine, however their business hours listed conflict with online ordering apps. It shows they're closed past 9pm however it shows they're open till 12:30 AM for Uber Eats. My issue with this is this location is less than 10 mins from me, I would be able to save myself up to $15.00 if I could just order at the restaurant rather than through the delivery app. It is just really sad because the location in Winter Park was perfect and you guys always had food ready in a great amount of time. Instead, now I have to wait past an hour for a delivery which usually arrives lukewarm which kills the experience of the cuisine. I really hope this restaurant becomes a little more accommodating to its customers because it would be a shame if this location closed down too because of a small...

Wow, have you tried their full order of beef with snow peas? The portion is incredibly generous—so much beef and snow peas, more than I’ve ever seen at other restaurants. This is my go-to spot! They always serve plenty of meat at a reasonable price. I’ve never felt like their portions were too small. Unlike many places that may be slightly cheaper but skimp on the meat, this restaurant gives you both value and satisfaction.
