I was getting off of work Wednesday night and went to Wendy’s at 1:30am I ordered a burger, 4pc nuggets, 10pc nuggets, med fries, juice and a water. I received my stuff and drove off didn’t bother checking at the moment cause they close a bag with a sticker so after 7min of driving I check the bag and there’s only fries and a chicken sandwich which leaves out mostly my whole order so I go back at 1:50am and sat at the window for a good 10 minutes and this guy is looking directly at me and keeps passing by after I waived him down. 2:05 a lady finally saw me at the window and asked what I needed I told her a lot of stuff was missing from my order and she said they’re closed and come see her the next day. The other guy must’ve been new, so I work 7 days a week and didn’t have time to go back until today the 2nd. So I walk inside and told the manager what happened and she was looking for the lady who was there that night and she wasn’t there. So she basically said to my face that I’m lying and her team doesn’t make mistakes on Mobile orders. She ended up giving me a burger fries and 4pc nuggets but still didn’t add up to what I had ordered. Last time I will be visiting...
Read moreI ordered through the mobile app and when I went in the store that did not have my order. I asked a gentleman behind the counter what they could do he didn't know and went to get a manager.
He come back about five minutes later with a bunch of drink holders and begin stocking them completely ignoring me. I asked him is someone going to help? He says the managers busy. I asked politely if there was anyone else that can help, end He called another person over and asked if they could help. He glanced at the app on my phone, then just Shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
To premise, I received an offer from Wendy's for $2 off a combo. The only way they could do this was with an online order. When I asked yet another person at the register if they could just honor it as they didn't receive the order for some reason, she said no. Four employees one manager they didn't want to talk to me, one that ignored me and another that just Shrugged his shoulders. I do enjoy Wendy's burgers, but will certainly now go elsewhere that may actually have some sort of...
Read moreAs friendly as the staff is I was highly disappointed in the customer service this evening. I ordered a Southwest Avocado Salad with the southwest ranch dressing. At the window I checked my order and they gave me regular ranch. I made them aware of the mistake in dressing and she said everyone knows we don't have it anymore.
I didn't and she should have made me aware when I specifically asked for that type of dressing. I would have ordered something else. It's not hard to communicate that when you knew there wasn't any of that type of dressing available. There weren't any signage, notes letting customers know they didn't have certain items available.
Then she didn't give me my receipt until I had to ask for it. Which she never asked if I wanted my receipt. I understand businesses are trying to save here and there but at least communicate my options. Defaulting to the betterment of the business is not acceptable when the norm for years was communication. Time for retraining and this isn't the only Wendy's I have had...
