Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

My order was 2 chicken tender meals and a PLAIN JR HAMBURGER... I ordered from the kosk, fine, no problem. Went to get my cups for the drink. Ok, no problem. Then I seen my food was about ready, and I am the sandwich maker making a burger. Ok, not mine cause it's plain. .... The cashier grabbed the burger, went to put it in the bag, I was like, ummm, the burger was to be pain. She looked at me like I was from outer space. Then scanning the receipt like I was lying an just glancing at it, plain as day, Jr. Cheese burger PLAIN NO CHEESE.... ok so go tell your sandwich maker to make a plain burger, she goes over to them, again, opening the sandwich seeing it had everything, and I'm like, just a plain burger guys, meat and the bun... They looking at the screen like they were confused. Then ok, here goes back to making sandwiches, meanwhile, no body is saying anything to me. The girl put the the sandwich they opened back in holding.... I don't see the sandwich maker slapping a piece of meat on a bun and wrapping it up .... I'm like come on guys, slap a piece of meat on a bun and let's go, my other food is getting cold, the burger is just for a dog.... I kid you not, the cashier went to the sandwich holding station, opened the same 2 burgers that have been sitting there 3 TIMES!!!!! I'M LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!! finally she goes to who I think is the manager and I'm like yeah, it's just a meat and bun plain sandwich been waiting forever. She says something to the sandwich maker, turns to me and says, " you want the bun???" And I'm like """" uuummmm, YES, he will eat the bun" (SMH) AND THEN FINALLY I GET MY PLAIN BURGER FOR MY DOG!!!!!!! YOU CAN'T...

I have only given one star because 1.. the chicken sandwich was ok.. the employee at the front register last night is disgusting.. no sanitary precautions taken.. he was running his eyes.. touching money then putting his hand inside the bags he was opening to handle food all without cleaning his hands.. I will never visit this location ever again! It was gross I didn’t eat the food I saw him handle and also when did wendys start to put pickles on chicken sandwich?

New review: went back a year later to give them another chance- well- management has failed in the front line for sure- the food was great - however the two employees fighting on the line over getting paid and ignoring the customer they were giving a bag too- poor guy he was trying to talk to them but they ignored him- the dining room was dirty and it was only my husband and I - found two tables not completely filthy and sat at one.. just disappointed in the care they give this one- no towels in the bathroom and it wasn’t even lunch time it was about 1:45 and dead - besides the old guy and us( he didn’t stay) - won’t be back in the dining room for a...

Wendy's has become what McDonald's used to be, that is clean. Fairly quick food delivery and reasonable prices for filling food. I would not say the food is great but I wouldn't poke fun at it either. Chick-fil-A has set the standard for the best run fast food restaurant Wendy's in my opinion is now number two. With McDonald's undergoing a terrible identity crisis. They can't make up their mind if they want to be a fast food restaurant or a coffee shop. The employees at Wendy's are an interesting lot. They are better dressed than the employees at McDonald's, but there's still a difference between the employees at Wendy's versus the employees at Chick-fil-A. I have a weak spot for the Wendy's frosties and typically get their $3 little tag which lets me get a miniature Frosty with my meals as often as I visit. I like Wendy's fries, better than McDonald's and better than Chick-fil-A's. I would suggest that Wendy's stop messing with the taco salad which was the number one thing that would bring me...
