Clown College posing as a Wendys. Wrong drinks, wrong burgers. After I check my order I look up to see three clowns grinning ear to ear behind the closed drive thru window. Asking for them to open the window doesn't work, I have to use hand gestures. When they do open the window its just giggling faces. I hand them each burger and tell them whats wrong. You know what happens next, I'm asked to pull forward. I placed my order at 6:46pm. I got my correct order at 7:14pm. Thirty minutes, two cars ahead of me when I pulled up. This location is not functioning at a suitable level. Last time I stopped here was a few weeks ago around 5pm. I was told they weren't taking any orders. I asked why they were on the clock and was told "I'm not sure". As I circled around to leave I saw a line forming at the drive through. I circled once more out of curiosity and saw a car had pulled to the window. As I circled yet again there were nearly ten cars in line. I pulled up directly to the window, they informed me they knew who I was and what I was told but I'd have to get to the end...

Was informed they were out of things you would commonly have in stock or over stock on (honey mustard, crackers, etc.) Seemed like they were out of alot, which normally says there's an issue with management and how they do inventory or how shipping takes care of this store. I ordered a chili without being told about the cracker issue. Get my order, no crackers. I go in to retrieve some and am told they are out of that too. So the answer is nothing over something? I also waited an inordinate amount of time to even get my order taken. I was immediately told to hold by the drive thru rep. Waited approx 5-10 minutes then got my order taken. The person working drive thru was out of uniform (had on a black and camo hoodie,) but to her credit seemed like she was handling alot on her own. I would recommend management take a look at who is bagging orders and to better support your staff working the window and to also be better at keeping your stock levels up to better serve and meet...

Over the past 2 years or so it has gotten progressively worse to the point where they almost have to be looking for the most inept staff possible to work here. They are consistently out of basic staple menu items like being out of sweet tea at 5:30 in the afternoon. Today I asked for a burger with no mayonnaise for the associate to come back with, "A burger only mayo?"... I corrected her, heard her say it back, only to get a burger smothered in mayo... The last time me and my wife visited, we ordered 2 combos with both sandwiches - no mayo only to get home and realize we had 6 items, none of which we ordered... all with mayo. I normally try and be overly patient with food workers because I have been there and these jobs suck... but they are not hard... So now we have to drive 20m to Fleming if we want to even have a chance at getting the right order. ...
