The Customer Service here is awful. Everyone that works here has a restless face. They treat you very rude. They don’t care about Customer Service. They will not solve anything that you ask them to solve. I have had multiple issues at this location with incorrect orders, incomplete orders and then you ask for help and they get mad because of something they did wrong in the first place. They took my order wrong at the drive through, I read the order back to make sure nothing was missing got to the window after a 20 minutes wait, and once again… they got it wrong. I asked for the additional items at the window and the guy told me I had to go around or come inside, I asked again to please just add the two missing items because I had a baby in my car and he screamed “ I AM TELLING YOU I AM NOT ADDING ANYTHING ELSE TO YOUR ORDER, I am on a timer” Someone has to do something about this, I do not know his name but he is skinny, tall and has black hair and tanned skin, working the afternoon shift at 5:00pm on Sept 2nd as I am writing this review. Dave Thomas would shake and scratch his head at this location. I asked for a salad with the chicken on the side and no cheese.....mind you, the salads are prepped in thr kitchen....i dont know if it's due to miscommunication or they just dont care. I got my salad with the chicken on it along with the cheese.....we asked the cashier to change it....cashier told cook....cook came out of kitchen and talked down to us....manager steps in and tells us to be quiet cus he knows what they do ...WHAT?!??! ....YES =(
The previous week we go to the location on the oposite side, mildew smell out of the soda machine and someone eliminated (pooped) on the bathroom wall.......WHAT?!??!.....YES =(

This Wendy’s is located right next to an electric vehicle charging station, which makes it a common stop for people who need to wait while charging. As a woman traveling alone late at night, I stopped here and asked to use the restroom. Even though the posted hours show the restaurant is open until 2 a.m., I was refused. When I asked to speak with the manager, he ignored me, told his associate he’s “never opened the door for anyone,” and walked away without acknowledging me directly.
This type of behavior is unprofessional and concerning, especially for women who may rely on this location for safety and basic necessities while charging their vehicles at night. Customers should be treated with respect and dignity, and no one should feel disregarded in such a situation.
