If I could have given this place a 0 star review, I would have. I went to this place to get a couple of burgers and a couple of drinks. Not only was the window employee rude but when he tried to hand me my two large cokes they were DRIPPING soda. I handed the drink back to the employee at which time he set it down on the counter and continued to do something else. Then he picked up the drink and handed it back to me without even wiping off the cup. Needless to say the soda got all over my car which cost me $200.00 to have my car cleaned because the soda will corrode the metal in my car. I was not given any straws for the drinks so I had to park my car and go inside to get straws. The manager asked me when i entered the store if something was wrong. I proceeded to tell her what was wrong and how rude her employee was at which time she said nothing and went back to talk to her employees. This kind of customer service is disgusting and i would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. I will be contacting the corporate office to let them know what kind of a store they have here...
Read moreDo not ever go here at night. Waited 23 minutes at the speaker without anyone saying anything. Line backed around building. One worker did say they were under staffed and that's not my problem and I could have understood that better if someone within that 23 minutes would have explained it but when I told him I had already wait over 23 minutes he said I was in their drive thru and they can refuse service. There was no service to refuse. I pulled out and left, utterly ridiculous and I'm contacting corporate in the morning. They will take only 2 orders at a time and have everyone wait in line forever. No way to run a business. Wendys hire more and train your managers and staff on how to inform your customers if there's an issue instead of making people sit in silence forever just to get a smart mouth teenager on the soeaker. When I finally made it to window I asked the cashier at the window if I was going to have to pull up and wait additional time like the vehicle in front of us. He kept dancing around the question with "I hope not" and " your food is being prepared now". I wanted to know prior to handing him my money because Taco Bell was sounding really good at this point. After a few more minutes of waiting my food finally arrived. I asked him what was the issue to cause this wait (figured I was the customer and had the right to know). He informed me that they were "understaffed and over worked"! With only a handful of customers inside I have to laugh!
