I had the Wednesday Meal, which includes chicken nuggets with 2 mystery sauces, French fries, and a cherry frosty with a purple decorative Wednesday spoon. I paid for 2 extra sauces and got all 4 new Wednesday flavors! That means the sauve distribution was great, allowing me to get 4 different ones with the 2 that come with the meal and the purchase of 2 extras. The nuggets and fries are the same but coffin in coffin shaped boxes. There's a purple sauce! And a gray one. The others are light brown and blood red. The purple and light brown one were a little tart. Love purple for the color. My favorite was the blood red, which was a spicy, berry-type flavor. The gray one was a sweet Asian-type flavor. On social, people recommend dipping the fries in the frosty. Yes, worth dipping the fries, but I only did it once. The cherry sauce was very good. I'm keeping the spoon! Tip: if you wait a while, the cherry sauce settles at the bottom of the frosty, making the spoon perfect. Also, Wendy's frosties are thicker than most shakes if you don't know, less for straw sipping and more for spoon eating.
Now, why fewer stars? Drive thru never gave me the frosty and then blew me off when I drove back to get it, walked inside, and tried to get their attention. Ah well. The meal was different and the sauces were fun. I'll...
Read moreI visit almost every day. Customer service is the worst, particularly this lady that seems not to like her job...extremely rude. Most of the time they do not have sodas, nor coffee. They claim....soda machine out of service, just ice tea. for coffee, they say they do not have filters???I am calling customer service to finally complain over the phone...It is an old Wendy's, you need to get up and ask for a refill if you need to. They do not know about the "Free single hamburger for September 2018" I had to pull my telephone and showed it to one manager, she gave it to me with a bad attitude. Today I asked again...they told me No...not aware about anything..Note: After I called to complain, I was advised by a customer service agent, you need to download an application (which I have) and look for a digital coupon... .However, besides the issue with the free September "single"...that particular Wendy's store needs to train the employees better. I saw the staff working but the part where they were working had food on the floor and the manager of this hour, Sunday 12/02/18, around 6.30 pm was very stressed and had a bad humor complaining with the staff in front of the Clients and she add a real mess throwing the food of a package to the floor. It was a sad and unprofessional scene. The young man that attended me tried to keep doing his job ignoring that and been nice. The food... Fries too dried as the chicken nuggets.
