Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Florida

I was so disappointed. I have been bragging about how good the food is because I've eaten at a few Zaxbys between FL and NC. Where do I even start. I placed my order online on the way to Zaxbys through their app. When I got to Zaxbys there are signs on the door staring that dining room is closed except for pick up orders. The door was locked. But I called them and they told me to go to the door on the other side of the parking lot. Got my food and headed to our vehicle. The fries were stale tasting, so cold and had been sitting for quite some time. I even tried to drown them in ketchup, couldnt eat them. They were crumbly but rubbery at the same time and I think they need to clean their grease. It tasted like we were eating food that had been cooked in unfiltered dirty old grease. My husband got a chicken finger sandwich. It was cold, the chicken strips tasted like dirty grease also and the Texas toast it was on bvb was rubbery and cool to the touch. Not to m.j mention whoever's made the sandwhich threw it together very sloppy. My husband had a mess and he was very disappointed because I had told him how good they were where I lived at before. Now my meal, I had wings n things. My fries were just like my husband's, inedible. My chicken fingers were rubbery like the ones on my husband's sandwhich, they were soggy, and tasted of old unfiltered grease. The boneless wings were very soggy. It was so bad that even if they offered to replace the food I believe I would have to decline. It was absolutely horrible and I am not normally a complainer. I went to the one in Pace Florida...

I'm not sure what changes have gone on recently at this location but I used to eat here semi-regularly until I moved and I never had any issues with the quality of food. Today I was craving some of their delicious crinkle cut, seasoned fries so I drove a bit out of the way to grab some. After requesting a few orders of the fries (to share with the fam) I was asked to pull up to wait for my fries. Better believe I was getting hyped for some delicious, crisp, golden french fries. My mouth was all but watering.

Ok, this is what I was given.

I mean, I don't know how someone, in good conscious, could package up whatever this pile of mush is and give it to someone to eat. These are the most moist, floppy, disgusting fries I've ever eaten, by far. They're nearly dripping in putrid old oil. I reluctantly did have a bite of one to be certain I couldn't still salvage them and immediately wanted to gag at the overwhelming taste of oil. Genuinely, they were inedible.

So just a word of warning, after looking back at all these other more recent reviews I really feel this wasn't just a one time thing/off day for someone which I do try to take into consideration. This location just isn't it and I hope the management sees this and makes some...

Twice in a month I ordered from this location and only after receiving my food was i told that they were out of ketchup. When I spend 15 dollars for lunch and I have to eat dry French fries it's completely unacceptable that the manager ordering dose not know how much they will need. The current manager should be fired because the same problem keeps happening. Most people only get one hour for lunch and after waiting in line and then waiting for the food i don't have time to go somewhere else. Not cool. I will definitely re think coming back to this location.I am updating this review because the following day after this review my business received a 1 star review from the employee named jeanette a retaliation to my bad review i gave them .
