Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Florida

Uodate: despite my frustration, I gave Zaxbys another chance and I have to admit, the food is pretty good. I have yet to see an adult manager though and the staff needs some guidance on cleaning for sure. I have given uo on the app but fortunately, orders only take a few minutes and I don't eat there so the cleanliness of the lobby is not a huge concern. I tried for more than 30 min to place an order. Tried online but the website threw an error when you submit payment. I tried 2 different browsers and 2 different cards, same problem...malformed JSON string. So I called and they said they don't take orders over the phone. I told them the website wasn't working and was told you have to use the app. Downloaded the app and tried to log in but password didn't work and the forgot password function show me a phone number I have never had so I use my email...six times and never got the confirmation code. So try to create a new account using a different email...there was an error with the info I submitted. No highlighted field...just an error in the perfectly accurate information. At this point, I have spent more than 30 minutes trying to place my order and it is now 8:30 and they are closed. I am convinced they do not want business. The first night I ordered the bone-in chicken wings and I had asked them twice please or told them twice please make sure that mine are a little extra crispy and they're like no problem no problem so we pull around to the drive-thru and within like 2 minutes my food's ready and I my son had gotten a grilled chicken salad and then I got my husband fried chicken sandwich with fries and whatnot so I get mine home and they we're barely even cooked so I've called and complained and the lady was super sweet I wish I knew her name but she's like yeah just come in and we'll give you extra the next time you come give you a 10-piece order and so the next couple nights after that I was passing by and I said you know what let me go ahead and go in turn around so I go and no problems whatsoever they upgraded my order they made sure that my wings were nice and fresh and crispy just the way I like them the girl was really super sweet the manager just made sure everything was right she apologized over and over I was like you don't have to keep apologizing it's okay things happen but yeah I would definitely go back to Zaxby's I love Zaxby's my whole family we love it there the food's good you know unfortunately it's getting a little pricey like everything else is going up but definitely a place to go here in the Gulf Breeze area and thanks again Zaxby's for...

I just went there to have a salad I did t know which to pick, so I asked the cashier she very nice gives me the description of their salad and I choose the Cesar salad that she described as very simple salad just lettuce chicken and Parmesan cheese and I asked to get one with extra tomato. I stared eating my salad and I felt a flavor that did match with what I ordered I thought "it may be the gum that I just eat".. after a little bit I found bacon (for some reason I just don't like bacon in my salad) and no Parmesan cheese in my salad I went back to the same cashier and told her what was going on... she came back and told me that the salad actually comes with bacon something she didn't mentioned when I was ordering and she brought a tiny side of Parmesan and said "since you have already eat must of your salad we can not give you a refund but u can give you this" referring to the tiny side of Parmesan cheese.
